“Don't stay here unless you are forced to choose between your car and this, and then really think.”

Smelled like a smoker lounge, flys were buzzing around the room. Mystery stains on the couch, chairs and bed spreads. Bathroom tub bottom was delaminated/nasty. Windows were dirty hard to see through and questioned the latchs holding up to forced entry. The door to the hotel room did not work properly so I piled the furniture agaist the door for saftey, that statement alson should really say it all about how I "felt" about how safe I felt in the room. Internet wireless was spotty at best and did not work when I needed it. The lady at the front desk was nice and literaly that is the only "positive" thing I can say about the whole experience. You have to decide between staying in your car or here, think hard. I had no choice as there was no other place with-in 30 miles to stay.

“Not Impressed or recommended.”

There is no heat, hot water, or lamp shades on the lamps. The flooring is taped and pieced together on the floor and there is a great deal of activity in the surrounding rooms.

“Super Horrible Inn”

This motel was dirty and smelled. They were supposed to have Internet and a free breakfast, they did not. Their internet did not work beyond the motel lobby and they only had coffee. The TV in the room was fuzzy, old and did not have a remote control. There were gaps in the door molding. Most of the towel racks were broken. The room had holes in the walls and smelled of bug spray. Most of the parking lot and street noise came right into the room. Only stay here in an emergency.

My experince in this hotel was very horrible. I know for being a little low on the price I wasn't going to get much. The hotel was very dirty. It didn't have Wi-Fi. The continental break-fast was cereal with out milk. The place was very dirty you couldn't stand to eat there. The whole hotel was very dirty. It smelled extremly bad. Please don't use this HOTEL never on your life.!!!!

“Got out as soon as possible”

I should have realized that you get what you pay for, but when the room was so expensive, I thought it should have some amenities. It had none. Junky, with an air conditioner that went off and on all night long.... we got up as early as possible and escaped. I don't recommend this hotel until someone puts lots of money into its renovation and having friendly staff.

“BAD SERVICE FILTHY ROOMS”

THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY BED BUGS AND SHEETS ARE DIRTY, NO AIR CONDITIONING, MANAGEMAENT VERY RUDE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL YO ANYONE. YOU TRY CALLING FRONT DESK AND NO ANSWER.

“Checked out within 20 minutes”

I booked 2 rooms at this location. Upon arrival we were given the wrong size rooms. Then one of the rooms that was given had dirty towels and used soap. The fridge was so moldy you could smell it when walking into the room. When we asked for new rooms the hotel staff appeared to be inconvenienced by the request. I asked for a $10.00 refund per room as they were not king size and they stated they could not accommodate the refund or the correct room. The other patrons of this hotel were very shady. There were cars in the parking lot of the hotel that were up on blocks and it was apparent they had been sitting there for quite some time. Overall this hotel was dirty and felt unsafe for travelers. I checked out of both rooms within 20 minutes. Expedia's customer service team was outstanding and understood the deplorable conditions of the hotel. They attempted numerous times to reach the hotel over 5 days, but no one ever answered. Thank you to the Expedia team for great customer service when assisting me with this situation. I was very surprised that this hotel was even listed on your website when I arrived and saw how bad this hotel was. Hopefully this will not have to happen to other Expedia customers in the future.

“Not a Recommended Place to Stay On Business or Pleasure”

This was the worst experience in my many years of travel. The facilities were not maintained in a profssional workmen like manner. Old washing machines were stored on the balcony outside the guest rooms, security locks on guest rooms were inoperable, shower curtain rods were rusted, lobby entrance had no window dressing except one window had verticle blinds that were torn, tattered and falling, and the facilities were unkept. Windows were dirty and the grounds were unkept. Walked into the lobby and a gentleman was curled up in the fetal position with no shoes, asleep on a couch. Night manager was obviously asleep in the back when I arrived by evidence of his bloodshot eyes and incoherence. The published phone number for this establishment was useless because it did except incoming calls. I had to obtain a alternate number (assuming it was a cell) from the hotel representatives in order for the Expedia representative to commuicate. This establishment reminds me of a hotel that charges an "hourly rate". I rate it minus (-) five stars.

“DO NOT STAY”

The room was filthy, smelled bad, the only light that worked was in the bathroom, the shower head was broken out of the wall, the towels were grey, not white and looked used, the carpet was disgustingly dirty and the bed looked more like a hammack than a bed. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE AND FELT LIKE I NEEDED A SHOWER WHEN I LEFT. I HAVE POSTED A PROTEST WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS
