“Bit far out of town”

Good clean Hotel Comfortable beds, really nice 50-60s deco in the restuarant area with old cars as setting, lot's off photos and statues of Marilyn Munro, Elvis Presley, James Dean etc. Hotel on Miami Beach and has a good swimming pool area. Their guest computers are a rip off, so take your own. The S bus stops right out side the Hotel for a very easy commute downtown $1

“you get what you pay for”

the staff is very nice...but the room need some MAJOR renovations. The towels are old, the bed sheets are very old (with holes and stains).... the beds are uncomfterable...the good thing about this hotel is the location and the pool bar.

Family-friendly activities
it seemed there were mostly families with kids staying at this hotel..

“run down hotel”

I stayed there 2 nights and switched 3 different rooms. Hotel lobby and the front looks very nice but rooms are very dirty. I would say this hotel just worth money for the front entrace and lobby, and this is how they keep up their hotel

“um not impressed at all very old nothing special , night front desk agent was mean, internet no work”

not impressed at all very old nothing special , night front desk agent was mean, internet did not work, The bell man, Morning front desk agent was nice but overnight agent was absolutely horrific. No customer service skills whatsoever and believe when i say this because i am in the industry. The hotel is in need of renovations badly some carpets in room wouldn't hut the appearance. Did not like the fact that the amenities were separate i.e the spa, dining, internet etc

“Get what you Pay for”

We were in Miami. The beach was amazing. The hotel not so much. The staff was nice enough but the hotel was less then I am use to. The pool was so Dirty. I would not even let my kids swim in it. The breakefast every expensive and so not worth the cost, but the rooms were clean and staff were friendley. I hated that you had to pay to park in addtion to your room fees. but all in all it was not horrible. The beach was great and very easy to get to. I liked it because it was not right on south beach and was not so busy. I would stay here again would not eat the breafast food or swim in the pool but for what we paid a night on Miami beach you get what you pay for.

“The perfect hotel for the perfect vacations!”

We checked-in around midnight and were exhausted. The hotel staff was nice and we got an upgrade for the room. In less than 10 minuts we were in our room enjoying the view. We got a penthouse on the right side of the hotel, and could see the beach and Miami in the same time. We also had a great view on a park right next to the hotel. We got free breakfast every morning (with fresh orange juice, toast, jelly... everything you need! They also have a hot breakfast) and we got one night free parking for our rental car! The staff is perfect and very helpfull. There is nothing to do at the hotel (no nightclub or concert) but the location is perfect and really quiet. In 40 minuts by bus, we can be in South Beach for only 2 dollars ! The Spa in the basement is amazing, the pool is clean and the spatub is perfect when it gets "cold" in the evening. They have a free shuttle to the Aventura Mall and South Beach many times a day. I would go there for sure the next time I'll be in Miami !

“It was fine”

The room should have carpet on the floor. I like to do some excercise but the floor was tile. Good location; having the beach right there was nice. Also, the condition of the hotel could have been nicer.

“good value for the price.”

clean, good location. The breakfast included in the price. There is a spa in the lower floor!! It is excellent!!! The food could be better, needs some late hour bar.

Outdoors or beach
the hotel has very nice pool and it is right on the beach. Great location, but it is very quite. It was a plus for me, but with teeenagers it may be a minus. The hotel is only 15 min to Southbeach if someone needs mnore fun.
