“Passable for a short stay”

Although this hotel advertises itself as being close to the Memphis airport, it is about a 15 minute drive via shuttle. There is not much in the area as far as dining is concerned. We were only there for one night, so we just had pizza delivered. Not much is within walking distance. The hotel is okay for a short stay if you just need something fairly close to the airport. The major annoyance was the hotel's wi-fi. It does work, but it makes you enter a password every time you launch your browser or email. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean.

“NOT IMPRESSED!”

THE BED AND PILLOW WAS HARD AS A ROCK... THERE DUST ON TOP OF TV AND THE NEED TO BE UPDATED.... THE TV WAS 32" BOX TV... FOR THE PRICE OF THE ROOMS HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NEED TO UPGRADE.... THERE TV'S / BED'S/ CARPET/ AND PILLOW'S

“Will Definitely Stay Again!”

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days while traveling to Memphis for a weekend, and I was very impressed. Its location is great if you are traveling to Memphis and don't want to stay in an expensive downtown hotel with paid parking. The building seemed brand new and everything was spotlessly clean. It has a major supermarket across the street and several restaurants in the surrounding area, so don't let its location deter your decision.

“Southhaven, MS”

Friendly staff, safe location. Nothing to walk to, need to drive one exit south for food and entertainment. rate was good.

“2.5 Stars?? NO WAY MORE LIKE 4”

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was clean and the employees where very helpful and friendly. I was unsure about going to Mississippi for my daughters National Cheer championship staying in a 2.5 star hotel. I was worried about mold, bugs and bad neighborhood. Well to my surprise the room was very clean and up to date. The hot breakfast was so good and the location was close to everything - stores, food and highway. I would defintiely stay here again, BONUS: ONLY around 5-10 minutes from the Desota Civic Center!!!

“Some inconveniences”

This is where we usually stay when we visit our grandchildren and friends. This time we encountered a few inconveniences, but were basically happy with our stay.

The location is very good. Airport , downtown Memphis and Southaven, Graceland, are all conveniently located.

“Great stay!!”

We moved from a horrible Super8 motel across from this Holiday Inn Express and this was more than an upgrade! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, plush and comfortable. And the breakfast was great too! Would definitely stay here again.
