Thermostat had to be adjusted to get proper temperature (actual room temp was 2 deg less than thermostat setting).

“Fantastic Experience”

Expedia messed up our reservations. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. When we got there they had booked us a smoking room. The hotel was booked with many tourists. The hotel gave us their last nonsmoking room available. It was a suite that was fantastic. The front desk people were kind and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. There were a lot of people there and the hotel staff did a wonderful job of keeping the breakfast area stacked. We were also thrilled to see the Cracker Barrel within walking distance of the hotel.

“Very friendly hotel”

We stayed here for 6 nights on a recent visit to the Washington area. The rooms were comfortable and quiet even though it is very close to the I66. Some areas were a little tired but it was very clean and the staff very friendly. Only downside was there was only one washing machine and dryer, with several families staying this was difficult to make use of, could do with more. Would return if back in the area.

I thought that the hotel was in great shape and I was very comfortable.The only issue that I would raise is the online access. This should be made available to every room, without having to share internet equipment.

I was very pleased with allthe services provided. The room was clean and modern, as was the walkways and hallways. Breakfast was excellent and well serviced with plenty of room, beds very comfortable, parking modern, area easily accessible to local sites. Front desk was friendly, prompt, and polite. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an excellent hotel.

“OUTSTANDING HOTEL!!!!!”

We absolutely loved this hotel. We came from California and was visiting family + business. The hotel was so clean, service was friendly, and the continental breakfast was stellar. Wide variety of breakfast items, 4 types of juices, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and they even provide a waffle maker and mix ready to cook, nothing tasted frozen. We absolutely loved this place. Our only complaint: We wished the pool was deeper. 5' at deep end. :)

When and if we ever get a chance to go back to Virginia I would definitely stay there. It was clean and comfortable.

The facilities are well maintained. Location is very convenient to local attractions and the Capitol via Rt. 66. A good value. Entrance to the hotel is awkward. It is not possible to turn left into the drive so you must make a U-turn to enter.
