“3 MINUTES AWAY FROM ROYALTY...THE PALACIO REAL IS WALKING DISTANCE”

Am extremely satisfy by the staff. They are caring, respectful and are there to satisfy your every need! The hotel is well maintained and clean. We had a triple room and it was spacious. Our room overlooked the Palacio Real so it was breathtaking. There are plenty of Cafes that are walking distance that are economical as well as yummy! The Metro is extremely near by the hotel which is very convenient! Also there are loads of Taxis nearby. 5 minute walk to Mercado de San Miguel, near Plaza Mayor. The Market is unique and it specializes in gourmet tapas!

“good hotelworthy”

there is good reception, communicate well with deaf people, not sign language but written communication is excellent, close to opera metro,(underground) there is well known resturant like burger kings and macdonalds, close to Sol (shopping centre). room is nice, clean but air conditioning and tv is not working properly. however i would advise you to open the window and you could ask reception about air conditioning. i would recommed this hotel for short stay i.e no more than 3days.

“Great location - front desk very helpful”

They moved me to a room that was more quiet after construction noise in the first room. I had a shower stall that didn't drain all that well - so had a pool of water in the bathroom after showering. But overall happy with the location and the staff. Temperature in the room was great!

“Location! Location!”

Staff was extremely helpful - even moved the 3 of us to a better room when it was discovered that the floor leading to our bathroom had buckled. Decor is modern, with clean lines - very updated. We'd stay here again in a minute!

“Definitely Recommended.”

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff is extremely helpful. The cafe in the hotel serves great coffee! The room was big enough for my wife and I - very modern and clean. It is in a great neighborhood - near Placa Mayor, and many great restaurants. While the hotel isn't next to any of the popular museums, it's close to a Metro station that can take you there, or you can walk about 15-20 minutes (which is a great walk).

“Highly recommend”

My husband, son and I thoughly enjoyed our short stay at the Hotel Opera. The room was quite large for European standards. There was a couch that made into a bed for my son and he found it quite comfortable. The breakfast that was included had a nice variety. The location was great, for walking around the Palace and the metro station was close. We would go back there and recommend it to people.

The hotel surprised us. Very well located, just few steps from the Opera Theater and metro station. Staff very friendly, always trying to serve you in a better way.

“Classy, contemporary hotel.”

The room was well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was one of the nicest I had seen and half the size of the room. It had a separate tub and shower. We did not eat in the cafe.

“Great hotel”

I was coming for a work trip and needed somewhere decent to stay in central Madrid. I was really impressed with Hotel Opera. Great cafe attached to the hotel and wifi everywhere!
