“Not attractive, but good.”

Nothing special, but if you spend the time in London for activities, this hotel is very good on location.

“Poor state of repair”

I booked this hotel specifically for its location, as I had to catch an early morning Eurostar from St Pancras station. In this regard, I was satisfied with the hotel. However, the general state of repair of the hotel in general and the room in particular left something to be desired. The room was definitely in need of complete refurbishment, as it had peeling paint, tatty curtains etc. I didn't have breakfast there, due to the early start, but probably wouldn't have wanted to eat there anyway, given the overall level of cleanliness. Would only recommend to those who need to catch an early train from Kings Cross/St Pancras, and even then there must be better options nearby.
