Stopover

Pros: Good clean room. Good evening meal at reasonable price
Location: Excellent location for stopovers at Heathrow.
Arrived at 8.00am after 20+ hour flight from Australia and although accommodation not booked in until 2.00pm the hotel gave me a room immediately. This was very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our room was large with queen and single bed ,room and bedding very clean bed was comfortable flight noise untill about 1am as expected suggest earplugs. We had a meal in the hotel which was good but did find it expensive and did not have breakfast there as we thought that was expensive too .

Pros: Reasonably close to airport, about 10-15 minutes by shuttle.
Cons: Basic maintenance, keep shower heads clean and working properly. Remove carpeting and put in a hard floor surface, as it is less allergenic/cleaner.
Location: Windsor castle
The sign in the lobby touts its partial remodel, and clearly they have a ways to go to finish it, as our room was not updated and showed signs of need. They also are trying to be a "Green" hotel, which is commendable, and ask that guest try to use water efficiently, and yet the shower is most inefficient, spewing water all over the floor due to an old and poorly operating shower head. Doing a complete remodel is great, but doing basic maintenance to keep rooms up to par in the meantime is more important, and may put off the need for a complete remodel. It's not as close to the airport as I thought, so waking up and walking over is not likely. There is a non hotel related shuttle that costs 5 pounds ($8) each way. Breakfast is available, but not included, and at 16.50 pounds ($26.50) seems very expensive. It is a very busy hotel, but the rooms are reasonably quiet.

Location: The three magpies ia a good place to eat.
Used it for a early connection flight to USA. Staffs are helpful an d the room is comfortable. Just catchy pathetic airport shuttle and everything sorted.

Comfortable stop before heading home

Pros: Rooms were well appointed and facilities (dining and fitness) were great.
Cons: More choices at breakfast -- either it was buffet or tea and toast. A few middle options for a smaller breakfast would be great.
Location: Close to airport which is very convenient when travelling.
What a lovely way to end a trip in a comfortable, modern hotel with all the amenities you need including a swimming pool, gym and hot tub. Staff were very friendlly and professional - we had all we needed.

The hotel was excellent except for 1 feature. I particularily liked the buffet supper. The in-house computer for checking in for my flight did not work well. It locked up twice and the staff present (7:30am) were not able to help.

Pros: Proximity to the airport.
It was fine. Bed comfortable and clean. In a quiet part of the hotel. Only problem was there was no electrical adapters available and we had trouble charging our devices.

Uncomfortable bed, lack of bathroom amenities, no staff to help with luggage, shop in lobby always closed, breakfast buffet not looked after, cereal everywhere nothing labeled really bad coffee, I could go on but what's the point I just won't go back.
