Verz good

Posted 23-Nov-2014
Pros: Its very casual but still comfortable
Cons: Maybe check in for guests could be speeded up a little?
Not much to criticise. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious and restaurant menu reasonably priced with a good number of options.Breakfast buffet is good and with a lot of choice. Its a bit of a pity that they cant do something about parking for hotel residents like maybe a subsidised cost. Will definitly stay here again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend

Pros: Location, lounge, facilities
Cons: Room service, internet, room maintenance
Location: Not much to do, it is an airport hotel
Room was clean and complete. TV would not work. Internet connection either

Convenient to Heathrow but not ideal

Posted 18-Nov-2014
Pros: My room was very comfortable, with crisp bedding and everything I needed for an overnight stay. I was impressed by how quiet it was, despite being so
Cons: The food, the knowledge of the people at reception, and maintainance.
Location: This hotel is on the hoppa route to Heathrow and definitely exists where it does for that reason.
This was a rather disappointing visit. On arrival and check in I was directed to the lifts to reach my room - only to discover after wandering around pulling a heavy case that I had been sent in totally the wrong direction. I ate my evening meal in the restaurant. The salmon starter was undercooked and the burger was tough and very chewy.

Heathrow hotel.

Posted 03-Nov-2014
Pros: Close to the airport and shuttle bus was quick.
Cons: Breakfast timings should be extended, had to miss breakfast 'cause restaurant didn't open until 6 am.
Pleasing hotel, close to the airport with Google shuttle bus connections. Could provide more choice at the dinner buffet, how's over the food on offer was okay.

Stayed at better hotels

Posted 27-Oct-2014
Cons: The whole stay
Hello We stayed at your hotel Heathrow Park Inn on Saturday 25th October this was booked through Expedia, check in time 2pm. We arrived at 730 pm and after queuing for 20 mins at the check in desk we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was fully booked and there was going to be a delay in our room being ready. I asked why if our check in time was from 2pm to be told that the hotel was very busy. We then had to wait till 9 pm for a room to be allocated to us, we were going out and needed to change we were now very late. Upon finding our room which seemed like miles away from reception, we found it to be old and shabby not like your photos suggest. Further more there was only 1 towel in the bathroom, the sink was dirty, the floor was dusty, there was only 1 tea bag, sugar and 2 milk pots. Despite check out being 12 noon we were woken by loud persistent banging on our door at 845 am upon answering we were asked how long would we be before vacating the room as the hotel was busy!. This intrusion woke us both up. We went to breakfast which we felt was of sub standard for an international hotel, we were served Luke warm tea, the hot food was cold congealed in fat especially the bacon and the serving areas had not been cleaned properly. All in all not an enjoyable stay.

What a disappointment!

Posted 19-Oct-2014
Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: Everything! Service, food, value for money and cleanliness.
Location: Heathrow Airport.
We stayed on the night before flying out on holiday. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing evening in what was billed as a 4* hotel. It wasn't 4* by any stretch of the imagination. The room was filthy and 'tired' looking. There was no protective cover on the mattress - just a sheet - not hygienic at all. We went down for a meal and had the buffet. It took ages to get a drink and the food was pretty tasteless, virtually cold and extremely expensive. The staff did not appear to have any direction and didn't know what they were doing! All in all a total disappointment and not the start to our holiday that we had hoped for.

Close to airport.

Posted 19-Oct-2014
Pros: Comfort ease of access and price.
Cons: No
Location: Good pub nearby.
Easily accessed by airport shuttle bus at a reasonable cost. Hotel had many bars and places to eat but staff informed us about a little pub near by which was excellent.
