“Great hotel for any occasion”

this hotel has a wonderful location. The staff is exceptional. Upgraded room was large, clean, and comfortable. We had a nice view of the city and London eye. Comfy bed and great bathroom. Heated towels just another nice extra. The lounge/bar was great fun with excellent mixologists. Great end to a hectic day. I would without a doubt stay here again.

“Fantastic hotel, great service”

I have just returned from a 2 night stay in the Metropolitan Hotel, and I must say that I was delighted with the experience. From the moment we got their the hotel staff could not do enough for you. It was my birthday so we were upgraded to a Metropolitan Room with lovely views of Hyde Park. On arrival we were also greeted by the Manager wishing me a happy birthday, and received a complementary cocktail in the Met Bar. The room itself was great, very spacious with a large bathroom and the bed was turned down each evening which was a lovely touch. I cant comment on the Restaurants etc as we chose to eat out, but I would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to anyone.

“Metropolitan - Quick Biz Trip from NY - Excellent”

Brief visit to London from New York. The Metropolitan was fantastic -- helping with a business breakfast, general help, etc. Very good experience. I would recommend if you are staying in Mayfair.

“Lovely, friendly and for everyone!”

This is such a lovely hotel, all the staff are really friendly, they are willing to help with any questions you have. As we got their we had smiles thr whole time and two members of staff offered to take our bags ( even though we didnt need it because we had hand luggage). We got upgraded to an over looking view of hyde park which was really lovely and we were also give a free bottle of wine as we were staying for my boyfriends 21st birthday which was a really lovely touch by the staff. The rooms are really quiet, you dont hear any noise from outside or any neighbours next door. We didnt get to try the food sadley, as we had ither plans but it looked very tasty and good value for money. The bedrooms are lovely but the only down side would be not being able to open the windows slightly to get a breeze, even though there is air conditioning. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to friend, family and would defently go back, one of the best hotels iv stayed in.

“Hotel review”

A very smart modern hotel. The room was slighty small but what one might expect in Mayfair especially as were on a 'deal'. The staf were all exceptionally polite and helpful.
