Each of Roscoe House’s fifteen bedrooms have been individually styled to retain the building’s historic atmosphere whilst offering guests every modern convenience. All our bedrooms offer guests en suite shower rooms with designer toiletries and fluffy towels, flat screen televisions with built in free view, DVD players, I-Pod Docks, ultra comfortable beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, irons and ironing boards, radio alarm clocks, well lit work desks and complimentary WIFI – a must for today’s business travellers.
In addition to the above each of our studio apartment rooms offer guests the additional benefit of a fully fitted kitchen and a living / dining area, making them especially popular with families and larger groups.
Our king deluxe rooms offer all the benefits of our standard rooms with the added benefit of being located in the townhouse’s original reception rooms, making them at least twice the size of a modern hotel room. They also offer guests many extras including oversized bathrooms, super king size / twin beds, separate seating areas, extra large flat screen televisions, complimentary bathrobes, and complimentary still and sparkling water making them ideal for impressing an important client or for that special night away.

A continental breakfast is available daily at Roscoe House. This is served directly to your guest room at a time of your convenience at any time up until 11.00AM each day. In addition to this a full English breakfast is available between Monday and Saturday and can be pre-booked the night before.
Whilst no bar is available at Roscoe House each of our guest rooms is equipped with tumblers, wine glasses and a cork screw, meaning that you are free to purchase your own alcohol and soft drinks from one of the many local outlets and enjoy it in the comfort of your room.
In addition to this a great selection of bars from traditional to uber cool and restaurants offering foods from Classic British to Italian to Chinese making something to suit every taste and budget available within five minutes walk of Roscoe House.

“made to feel very welcome with helpfull reception staff”
Ideal location for shopping socialising and sightseeing - what more - parking was a little walk away howevr on the road available paid by meter
“Nice but the service”
It is nice place but it is not hotel, it is a guest house, we we check in the room was very clean . But there is no daily cleaning . They don't change tower until you ask Don't see the picture in the web site because it is totaly diffrent. but over all it was nice experiance to live like at your home
“If this is a four star hotel...”
...then Liverpool is in trouble. The hotel is tired and in desperate need of a makeover. The facilities are basic at best. Our initial room was facing the road and far too noisy The staff, however, were friendly and helpful.

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij hadden een zeer ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden, ruime badkamer en het was allemaal netjes en schoon. Locatie was ook prima, dicht bij het centrum. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
