First night the room smelled of paint and there was no table and refrigerator or microwave. Next day learned there had been a fire a couple of months ago and the manager made sure to put the table and refrigerator in our room. Nice place, nothing fancy but great beds. I would stay there again.

traveling through from AZ to TN, we got there very late, the night auditor was nice, mixed up our room w/ another one, but quickly fixed the problem, it's an ok place. There was no tray in the microwave in our room. Beds were decent. Waffles, muffins & cereal to choose from for b-fast. But price was good.

got this hotel because it was cheap. My expectations were low so I really wasn't disappointed. Room was clean even though the condition was a little poor (cracks in ceiling, hole in floor). The location was great, which was another reason I picked it. Overall, I was satisfied. I wouldn't recommend the "continental" breakfast: cereal, o.j. and coffee only.

The hotel looked junky, and the entertainment center was broken. The fan in the bathroom had no cover, and the AC made noise all night. The morning "continental breakfast" had stale cereal, the ever present waffles, and danish. The only redeeming quality was the bed slept good.

Easy access to central Little Rock, good service, free internet and decent free breakfast.

I've written this review twice already but it's been rejected. So I will sum it up another time in hopes of preventing others from making the mistake I made. I wouldn't recommend this motel because: the room smelled really bad, there was a large hole in the bedspread, there was a smear of yellow body fluids on the blanket, there was a lot of dried up urine under the toilet seat, there were spots of dried vomit and an empty condom package in the parking lot and nothing was put out for breakfast, you had to ask for each item. The coffee ran out and they only had decaf. The garbage was overflowing and the manager did nothing about it.
