“Sub-par hotel, but not many options”

Sub-par hotel, but not many options in Salisbury The place was dead - I only saw 2 other people outside our group of 5. Rooms were nice but pillows were awful (they give two "softness" levels but both were overly thick - like sleeping with your neck at 80 degrees)

Area recommendations

Go to the Hampton or even better avoid spending the night in Salisbury.

Old hotel, dark, doesn't feel clean and fresh.

“The Is Better Available At Same Price”

This hotel was clean and convenient. The room was large and sufficiently appointed. I had several problem, though. The WiFi Internet connection was poor and kept dropping. The toilet in my room would run intermittently and the hotel staff either did not or could not fix it. The TV reception was terrible - reminded me of the 1960s and when I complained to the hotel staff, nothing was done. The breakfast buffet was minimal. Overall, there are better hotels in the area at the same price point.

“poor planning”

Some one could have better located the family reunion so as to keep them near each other instead of surrounding the tournament fisherman that would have liked to get some sleep before their 4:30 wake up call. The security gaurd was missing apparently, because the noise level was rude and the fight outside our door was scary! For the price we paid we expected better. Also the resturaunt manager was just shy of rude. We won't be staying there again.
