Fair Hotel in the center of the Vegas Strip

Cons: I imagine when they have completed the remodel, everything will be much nicer.

The flooding of the parking structure aside, check-in was courteous and quick. The hotel is still under construction in several areas. They put me in the older tower where the carpets are dirty and the room looked very dated and had a strange odor. There was no real work space, small TV, low water pressure, no room safe or mini-fridge. I guess for $23 per night what did I expect. I have stayed at the MGM for $36 per night and was put up in in a newly remodeled tower and room, much better value. The Quad is conveniently located, center strip and within walking distance to the Sands convention center. The Linq open air area is also very nice. It is completed and has many nice restaurants, eateries and shops.

The hotel lobby was very nice, the linq shopping/entertainment area was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a strip view non smoking room and the location of the room could not be beat. We also loved the location of the hotel. Our hallway wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. The room was not terrible but there was a stain on the carpet and we had to wait for housekeeping to finish our room after we checked in. We did venture to another hallway up higher on our floor and wow it was filthy and stunk so bad.

Noisy, dirty, hotel staff is incompetent. I was stayed at 18th floor, but still the street level noise penetrate the room, and I can not sleep at all. The room is very dirty, bed is flimsy, the room and hall way full of the smell of smoke. Hotel is under construction, so everywhere you go is full of dust and noisy. the room they give me at first was not even cleaned. I have to walk all the way back to get another room.

Older hotel under renovation.

Pros: Not much!
Cons: Everything could be improved!
Location: This was the only positive...it is close to everything.
We were not told the hotel was under renovation. Everything was dated and inconvenient. Parking was confusing. The only positive is that it was walking distance from the wedding venue we were in town to attend.

Sure needs major lift

Pros: Location
Cons: Major overhaul from floor to ceiling, new toilet, new commodes
Only on elevator to the tower where I am located, exposed pipes and wires are everywhere; Wall paper are peeling, sheet rocks dented and torn. Carpet is extremely dirty and flooring is soiled Window from room open to construction

Never again

I hated the resort fee because there was no resort. No pool. WiFi didn't work. Room service never came to give clean towels. I had to find someone and ask for towels. They never came to clean the room. Wouldnt stay there again.

Pros: Beds are comfortable
Cons: Wifi was not working at all. I called the technical assistance but they didn't solve the problem. You need to pay $10 to use fridge, and no microwave.
Location: location is around the center of the stripe, it's convenient enough.
It's a decent room with fairly comfortable beds. Low noise

Great Location - Bad Hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel was in the middle of the las vegas strip.
Cons: Everything.
I was expecting a clean basic hotel with a pool. The pool was not open due to construction. The shuttle service was unable to access the hotel. The carpet in the room was dirty and I didn't want to take off my shoes, the hallway had plastic sheeting covering the old torn away carpet, the stairwell door by the elevator wouldn't open. We transferred to another hotel.

Never Again!

Cons: EVERYTHING!
This is the dumpiest hotel I've ever stayed at and will never go back. They claim "pet friendly" but then their only "pet friendly" rooms are smoking rooms, I'm a non-smoker. In order to get to the 10'x10' patch of grass turf for the pet relief area you have to walk a mile through all the parking garages. The staff was terrible. The rooms were disgusting. I will never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
