“The service was excellent. Desk personal was very helpful every day. I was very impressed.”

It was a blessing to stay at your hotel . Everyone was so nice and helpful. One of the men helped more than any other at the front desk. I can't remember his name but it started with a M. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was great. Location was within walking distance of the Jaffa Gate.

“Great place to stay in Jerusalem”

Small boutique hotel. Front desk room service all good. No catering in rooms, but good service in dining room. Typical Israeli breakfast and sabath meals. Well positioned to get to most tourist places of interest either walk or by cab. Great price for a city center hotel.

“Over the Top”

We loved the Prima Royale. It's located in a great neighborhood close to the Dan Panorama where we have stayed on past visits. The difference was the staff is actually nice at the Prima and seem to want you to feel welcome. The room we were given was spacious and well appointed. We had everything we could need or want. The Israeli breakfast was superb with much variety. To top it off there was live piano music to accompany your repast. They even had champagne. We were able to walk easily to the Old City, Ben Yehuda and the German Colony. If you're too tired to walk, the hotel is right off one of the main streets where both buses and taxis are plentiful. I would heartily recommend this hotel.

“Great location and breakfast”

Small rooms typical for Israeli hotels, but sufficient for 2 adults +/- child. Great breakfast buffet. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Great location for seeing the old city and that part of Jerusalem. 15-30 minute bus/cab ride to most other areas of Jerusalem.

“Superb location and conditions at a great price”

This was the first time I stayed in this hotel and thought it was great. Location great. Decent parking and public transit nearby. Nice restaurants around the corner. Room large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, except for the lower-quality non-Kelloggs cereal and absence of any real juice. Priced as low as anything in Jerusalem. I have stayed in many Jerusalem hotels and, especially given the price, this is the best value I have found in Jerusalem.
