“Never Again”

I called to get directions and the lady had no clue. All hotels should have directions at the front desk coming from every direction on any major roadways! Then there were no rooms ready on the first floor and if I wanted one, I had to wait for her to go clean it because she was the only staff member. The stairs to go up were in major need of repair - lawsuit waiting to happen! There were wasp flying in the stairwell which means there were nests somewhere. The room smelled. The sheets needed to be thrown away - not cleaned. Then bathroom could have used a deep clean. Parts of the floor felt so weak and your foot would sink in some areas. There were no restaurants anywhere around! It was not a nice experience. Sorry but never again.
