You get what you pay for. Outdated property that needs upgrading. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom were clean. Location was convenient. Only cold breakfast available.

Thank you for telling us about your stay. We have checked the bed in the room you were in and there is no issues with the bed. As our bed frames are new and made of very strong metal it would be very difficult to break. I apologize you were not satisfied with your stay.

Staff at the front desk was great and friendly. We didn't like the curtains blowing above the heater. The TV was not working in the workout room.

On my arrival I wasn't overly impressed with the condition of the building but I also wasnt uncomfortable with it. My room appeared to be clean, further inspection it had all the normal missed cleaning of a 2-3 start motel. I was going to give the property 4 stars but here is why 2 stars is very appropriate The bed and sheets where clean BUT the mattress was THE WORST I HAVE EVER TRIED TO SLEEP ON! It was absolutely miserable The room looked nice but the storm window didnt close properly and the track was full of debris The handicapped safter bar in the tub was broken The water for the shower was very hard to control the temperature The shower curtain rod was badly bent and rusting The bathroom vent fan has never been cleaned and didnt pull any air Tub didnt hold water for a bath, very slow draining for a shower Towels clean and nice Top of the shower not cleaned The sink in the entry needs a trash can. Only 1 small can for the entire room Walls are thin and easy to hear everything Furniture was ok, tv was fine, fridge needed cleaning Breakfast was actually decent but the coffee was meh For a single man or a couple for 1 or 2 nights this property is ok but you will not be comfortable in bed Staff was nice Snacks and soda available Bondsteel Dr used to be Holiday Inn Rd or Dr so if you cant find it try that name instead Wifi was fine So with a good cleaning, proper maintenance and new mattress this could be a solid 3.5 star but now its a 2 at best

Place was clean and reasonably priced the breakfast was a bonus. The Bed was super uncomfortable. Also in the photo it showed a jacuzzi tub when when we got into the room there wasn’t one

Breakfast was basically bad. Food was cold, what little there was. Coffee was running out. Not much for food selection. This was our second time staying here and it will be the last time. Was dog friendly but charged in extra 50 a night for two Dogs. Kleenex ran out. Bedding was lacking. Only one blanket that barely kept you warm.

The room was ok, not bad but noisy others after midnight and the ac unit wouldn't work half the time. Pretty pricey for the condition of the place and horrible road to get there and needs updates. Staff was nice enough. I do not like that i was charged the room rate on top of another $100 for whatever reason i hope that gets returned to me once the room rate clears.
