“best little B&B in Houston”

If you are traveling non-stop or a couple needing a get away this is an exceptional spot. Just like a weekend at grandma's!

“dissapointing B@B”

Quiet room but very cluttered, a good location to visit the Museum District but breakfast was not great, hot water for tea was not available until we were almost finished breakfast both mornings and was doled out like it was gold! No choices were offered, food was not hot and none of the little things that make a B@B special, baked goods, quality teas etc... Friendly staff but no offer to help with luggage, only large bottles of shampoo and body wash in the room [eww!] we will look for another place to stay in Houston..

“Exceptional B&B in neartown Houston”

The experience couldn't be better. The room was ready as promised, it was well-appointed and fully matched the description and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. A great place to take a break.
