“GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE”

For those who have written reviews of this hotel that were negative. This hotel was clean and the employees were great. I would refer this hotel to family and friends. For the price of this hotel you can't go wrong. Good job guy's

“Avoid”

I stayed for one night. The beds were pretty hard and mine sqeaked with any movement! It started raining and the window was LEAKING! water was soaking the floor. I will never stay here again.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

This was one of those 'the name of the hotel is a secret' deals....did not know anything about the hotel until after I booked it for a special price. A little worried sbout what we would end up with--- but it turned out fine. The hotel was clean, comfortable and near the airport which was all we really required. The one problem was when we walked in to the room there was only 1 bed--king sized, but since there were three of us it was a problem (2 teenagers, 1 adult). Called the Front Desk and he switched us to the neighboring room which had 2 beds with no fuss. This was happening at almost 1A.M. so it was especially important to have it done quickly!

“Served a purpose only!”

Customer service was great. Hotel condition was below standard and needs work.

“Good hotel, but no good access to restaurants without a car.”

I liked the hotel, but since I didn't have a car, and they only service breakfast, it was difficult to get meals. I walked to the Sheraton up the road, but there are no sidewalks, so not the best walking situation.

“Friendly Staff, Nice Restaurant & Bar”

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, when arrived. Friendly staff, convenient location, Reasonable rate, Clean & Practical Rooms. Nice Restaurant & Bar.Enjoyed the stay.

“Nasty & unprofessional staffs”

Upon entering the room, I almost passed out as the stench was masked by carpet freshener. After 30 minutes of waiting around, they finally found another room available. The toilet bowl is covered with stains. Room insulation is poor. Lots of construction workers crew staying in this hotel & many can be seen talking in the hallway with doors opened - perhaps trying to get fresh air flowing. Internet connection was good.

“Excellent deal”

I had to be in Houston for just one day and I wanted something cheap, but very nice... a rarity these day, I know. After using the best price guarantee feature, I chose a hotel based on price and star level where you don't see the hotel name until you purchase. I wasn't sure about the hotel when I saw the name (Park Inn), but thought if I just wanted a place to sleep and a shower, it would be ok. Looked online and saw that it probably used to be a Comfort Inn/Baymont type of hotel in a previous life. I was very surprised when I arrived and then saw my room. It was just perfect and I couldn't believe the price!! On vacations, we always stay at resorts or 4-5 star hotels, so this was just great. The bathroom wasn't luxurious by any means, towels weren't of the best quality, but it was very comfortable and perfect for the price.. very satisfied!!

“Surprisingly good”

i was not initially impressed by this hotel. the free hotel shuttle was incredibly inefficient and the hotel looked, on arrival, like a motel rather than a comfortable airport hotel. Once inside, however, it seemed to me to be surprisingly good. My room was large and airy. The restaurant served a good range of inexpensive food for an evening meal - i recommend the clam chowder. The comlementary breakfast was excellent, including hot as well as cold food, like a European hotel. I used the fitness centre and one of the pools, and everything was clean and in working order. I will certainly stay in this hotel again - but I hope they sort out the hotel shuttle!
