“Quick overnight stay”

Hotel nice, bed not comfy...need new bedding especially blankets....they are old and scratchy. Only stay here if your low on funds, need a quick rest and will not have tons of luggage because there if no elevator, you have to climb stairs.

“Good value but non-smoking room was obviously a smoking room at one point”

Pro: okay breakfast; inexpensive rooms; nice front desk staff; walking distance to restaurants Cons: my "non-smoking" room was a smoking room at some point and there was an overpowering use of air freshener to try and mask that; really loud air conditioner

“Old and wrn out”

Hotel is nothing more than a place to sleep for a low fee that has WI-FI. Old beds, sheets, TV's, bathroom, towels, and everything else. Toilet was running non stop when I entered the room, while Houston was around 100 and humid, the loud A/C had to run non stop all night to keep up. I'm around 6' and found it funny to see a bar of soap sitting on top of the tub surround. It appears to have been there for month as dust has gathered and the soap looks to have attached to the tub surround. Place worked for what I needed, but I' wont stop back. I'll either spend more and get something nice, or spend a similar rate at another low dollar hotel and hope for something better than this.

“SW Houston”

Room was hot upon arrival, but cooled down quickly. Room and bathroom were adequate. Many restaurants located within walking distance. Hallways not air conditioned; 1 Computer (in advertised internet/business center), but with a sign that says "out of order, per manager".

“What you would expect from a 2 star hotel”

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The only problem I saw was the light cover was missing from the bathroom light, looked like a hazard with the wiring hanging out. I liked the Texas shaped fresh waffles for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.

“THE BEST FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY”

You will not regret to stay in this hotel. Everything is very good and the price is reasonable.

“Beware”

The hotel seemed nice at first but then found out that our toilet was broken and it seemed to be in a shady neighborhood. The front desk person was very nice and everything went smoothly but the next day while walking the dogs noticed that the van next to our car had been broken into. We definitely didn't feel safe afterwards and thankfully it was time to check out before they broke into our cars.
