“Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!”

A fantastic place to stay and explore Tokyo!! Only one bad point is finding the place but that becomes a fading memory once youve checked in and are exploring the city! The staff are fantastic and speak great English. The building is safe and secure with a business centre with internet which is free for the first 30 mins! Right next to the lively Roppongi and a minutes walk to the subway that has the Oedo and Hibaya lines that connect you to the entire city! The Apartment itself has a kitchen that enables you to cook for yourself that brings down the cost of eating at restaurants. There are grocery stores within walking distance and a nice supermarket in Roppongi Hills inside the department store. Overall, a great place to stay and a great start to our trip in Japan.

“Very glad we chose this hotel”

Great location - within 5 mins walk from Roppongi subway station. Roppongi has good subway links for getting around the rest of Tokyo. Excellent room and facilities. Very contemporary and clean. Flat screen TV, DVD player, bathrobes - all very nice. We had a studio apartment, which had a very well equipped kitchen area (we only used this for preparing our breakfast, which was far more convenient than going out, but it was sufficiently well-equipped to make a full meal if you really wanted to - although, as we wanted to experience Japanese cuisine and were out till late most days anyway, we didn't do much other than breakfast, but it was nice to know we had the microwave, etc.if we wanted it) One small gripe was that although a full range of bathroom items was provided as you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, nothing was replaced during our 2-week holiday including the 1 small bar of soap (shared between 2 of us). When we asked for another one, we were told that would incur an additional charge (I think the hotel should make a distinction between longer-term renters, and those on a standard holiday)

Overall a nice apartment hotel. Room comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Subway station within 2 minutes walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
