“Pleasantly surprised.”

We were pleasantly surprised ,contrary to some earlier reviews to find the staff,especially those at reception, to be extremely courteous, helpful and knowlegeable. The place was clean but some replacement corridor carpets are due. Breakfast was simple (self -service cereals,muffins,toast and jams,hot tea and coffee and as much as you wanted.) Turn left outside,walk 30 metres and you come to a wonderful corner pub selling a wide range of beers at moderate prices as well as good pub food.

“Well worth staying”

The hotel was very clean the reception staff were very helpful and organised any trips with a pick up service from the hotel. The room was kept very clean and the breakfast even though continental had plenty to eat. I took a taxi into town which was very reasonable and the shopping centre was great. Recommend the tour bus as its the best way to see Toronto and the sights.
