All 200 guestrooms at the Sheraton Hotel Tahiti have the signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, and large sit-out balconies with lagoon views. The Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed features custom-designed, extra-thick, plush-top mattress dressed with three sheets, plump duvet in rich colours, and five goose down/feather pillows.

The floors are mahogany, and local art decorates with walls in bright colours. Guestrooms have either sofa beds or armchairs with coffee tables, and desks with lamps and direct-dial phones. Cable/satellite TVs offer local and French channels, as well as Eurosport and CNN. High-speed Internet access is being progressively introduced; some guestrooms still have dial-up access. Surcharges apply for both types. There are also laptop-sized safes and irons/ironing boards. Bathrooms, outfitted with marble floors and brown-and-white décor with wood finishes, include shower/tub combinations with hand-held showers, and come with makeup mirrors, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries.

Moevai Overwater Restaurant - Buffet or à la carte breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner. Musicians serenade breakfast guests on weekends. La Terasse - Pasta, salads, pizza, sandwiches, and desserts, as well as other informal fare. Large open-air pavilion adjacent to restaurant and bar. Ocean views. When closed, La Terrase menu can be ordered at Moevai Restaurant. Open late morning to early evening; closed for lunch during quiet periods.

Quinn's Bar - Beer, wine, cocktails, and tapas. Long bar with Tahitian décor near pool. Live entertainment three times a week. Open late morning to late evening. Every first Sunday in the month, a lounge party offers cocktails and tapas. Every second Sunday, a barbecue party is held by the pool.

The Sheraton Hotel Tahiti's Mandara Spa was two rooms. Each has two massage tables, a jetted tub, an attached bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Spa treatments are available to reserve in advance on-line during the final stages of the booking process.

The Sheraton Hotel Tahiti's Mandara Spa derives its name from an ancient Sanskrit legend about the gods' quest to find the elixir of immortality and eternal youth, and the spa's treatments aim to help guests relax and rejuvenate. Its signature treatments are Tahiti Dreams (a coconut body polish, warm milk bath, and soft cotton wrap followed by warm volcanic stones on the muscles and a spa bath) and South Pacific Indulgence (a combination of foot bath, body polish, massage, and spa bath).

Mandara Experience (80 minutes):

A flower petal footbath is followed by a choice of lime/ginger, coconut, or tiare flower body polish and shower. Guests then chose from Polynesian aromatherapy massage, Elemis deep tissue massage, or Elemis facial, Exotic Dew, Absolute Lift, or Facial for Men.

South Pacific Indulgence (2 hours, 50 minutes):

A flower petal footbath is followed by a choice of lime/ginger, coconut, or tiare flower body polish and shower. Guests then chose from Polynesian aromatherapy massage, Elemis deep tissue massage, or Elemis facial, Exotic Dew, Absolute Lift, or Facial for Men. Treatment concludes with a private spa bath accompanied by vanilla tea and a variety of tropical fruits.

Tahiti Dreams (1 hour, 15 minutes):

Begins with a coconut body polish, then a warm milk bath and soft cotton wrap for 40 minutes. Smooth, warm volcanic river stones are then moved over tight muscles, before guests are cooled off in a private spa bath floating with Tahitian flowers.

Papaya Sugar Body Glow and Body Massage (50 minutes):

A preparation of papaya, Tahitian vanilla, and brown sugar is used to exfoliate the skin with natural ingredients, and is followed by a body massage using mango and lime monoi oil.

Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow (25 minutes):

This exfoliation ritual invigorates and brings vitality to the face and body. After a light body brushing, lime and ginger salt glow is applied and the skin deeply cleansed, polished, and softened.

Elemis Deep Tissue Massage (50 minutes):

A full body, deep tissue massage for those who prefer a firmer touch, which relaxes and warms the muscles and improves movement.

Tropical Coconut Rub and Luxurious Essential Milk Wrap (50 minutes):

Freshly prepared coconut milk is blended with local tiare monoi oil to gently exfoliate and polish the skin. A comforting wrap follows, leaving the skin fresh and youthful looking.
