If the door downstairs is closed, ring bell 3o - 3a. If you arrive outside office hours or on a national holiday call 30 minutes before reaching the office on +34 617 433 842.
  • If you arrive before 1 PM and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and the keys later.
  • Guests should provide the following information to the hotel before they arrive:
  • Estimated time of arrival in Barcelona
  • Means of travel. If arriving by plane, please provide the flight number and arrival airport
  • Mobile phone number if they will be using one whilst in Barcelona
