“Ramada?? Really”

My husband and I travel alot, this was the worst experience ever! Side entry door was broken, and then there is our room. # 1, no bed skirts on the beds(looks cheap) and they were the worst beds ever!!!! Every ceiling tile grid was rusted, bathtub was horrible, rust there also, faucet was in very poor shape as well. We also had friends in another room which was every bit as bad, but had a roach crawling on the wall!! Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Great Price and good place to stay.”

I got a great deal on the hotel, we were looking for a place to stay while in Hays looking at the college. I was not looking for fancy, I was looking for a reasonable price and a clean room. It is an older hotel but the room and beds were clean and the everyone enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. My kid thought the water slide was great. I would definitly stay here again.

Room was noisy, staff not friendly.

Don't do it....saving 20 bucks is not worth it! Mold, nasty carpet, poor service ...

“Disappointed this time!”

We have stayed in this hotel three times. This time we were disappointed. First thing the trash from previous customer was not removed from bathroom. Our Key Card along with many others customers, did not get us into the hotel through the door closest to our room. It was a long walk everytime we left to get to our room. I reported it to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of, but it never was. The last thing is we were surprised when we got back on Saturday night to go to bed and there were no parking spots on hotel property because of cage fights in the motel. We asked at the front desk where it was that their paying custmer were suppose to park and they told us there was nothing they could do about it. Their suggestion was that we might try the truck stop across the four lane highway. We were warned not to park in the neighboring motel parking lot because they were going to have unauthorized vehicles towed away. It is too bad we had already paid for our room ahead of time.

“DON'T GO HERE.”

Staff was nice. Ramada is not giving them enough money to fix this place up. Carpeting is stained terribly. And, our bathroom vent smelled of urine. Never again. Possibly never a Ramada again.

“Cockroaches! Yuk!”

Cockroaches in three different rooms, stains, bad service. Done.

“low quality -but cheap price”

Where to start- AC units are loud when off, yes I said off. They always run no off button. I unplugged mine. Now when it fires up it really gets loud it even rumbles and shakes for 30 sec. making sure you wake up. And I could hear the ac unit in my neighbors room. As for comfort. The beds were like trampolines. So bring the kids. As for cleanness my bath had a used bar of soap in the shower. So I guess it wasn't cleaned before I arrived. The ceiling was flaking all its paint. With all this how could I recommend this hotel you ask. well First and foremost I had earplugs so sleeping was not an issue. The pools were great even I did not use them your kids will love the waterside and big indoor pool. The final reason is the price. It was 25% cheaper than any other place around. And I am cheap.

Nice hotel but had a funny odor like chlorine from pool..check in person not very friendly...check out person nice..noisy due to setting up for conference..dirty carpets
