Spotlessly clean, room brand new with everything you could wish for including a heated floor in the bathroom. And all for only a small amount more than some of the terrible hotels in the same area. "The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed. "

"Ligjts in room were poor. Only 1 working bulb out of 4. Constant flasing by another. No milk cartons, but tea & coffee was in room. Smelt of stale smoke. No parking provided although website said it was. So had to pay for on street parking."

"Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."

"Checked in around 10pm, key left in a drop box in reception- no staff around at all. Booking was for a quadruple room - 1 double & 2 single beds. In reality room had only 2 single beds. None of the contact phone numbers given work so absolutely no chance of getting hold of anyone to sort the situation out. Absolutely disgraceful that 2 guests were left without beds & forced to sleep on the floor overnight. .. Surprise, surprise not able to contact the hotel for an explanation / refund...

"Fine for a place to crash after a gig or a party. Nothing fancy, but it's an expensive area and this was pretty goodvalue. Wouldn't recommend for longer stays as very basic. "
