“Excellent stay at Delta Barrington”

We were really pleased with the desk staff, which even suprised us with wine and chocolate dipped strawberries upon learning of our wedding anniversary!! It was clean and conveniently located for us to walk everywhere downtown Halifax!! The only negative comment would be that we were too close to the elevators therefore it was a bit noisy!!

“Fantastic Staff”

This hotel is in the best possbile location in Halifax, you are close to EVERYTHING. Aside from no parking (you must pay for valet). The staff was the best I have ever had at a hotel - they did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

“Once we found it, it was convenient for where we were going - Metro Centre.”

I did not know there were two Delta hotels in that area. Went to the wrong one and then had quite a time finding the second one. alot of walking and getting lost before we found it. After that everything was good. Very convenient for getting to the Metro Centre where the concert was that we were attending. Odd thing that I did notice was for a room with two double beds the extras such as coffee, towels etc. were set up for two people only. We made do with no problem but thought that was strange.

Enjoyed my stay. No on site parking but valet parking is great. Walking distance to great restaurantsand entertainment.

Hotel was very close to the downtown area. Close to the waterfront, was able to walk from hotel to waterfront. Close to restaurants

“Fine choice in Halifax”

Hotel is nicely located near the port and some fine restaurants. We got an upgrade to a secluded section of the hotel with a private breakfast and happy hour room, and this was nicely done.

“Halifax vacation”

The first night stay was the worst, we were next to the entrance door for the signature suite rooms and bang, bang, bang. We asked to be move the next day and they did without issue. The next room was fine; the A/C did not work right but was acceptable. The staff was exceptional. The food was great. Valet service exceptional. Hotel clean. Greatl location, convenient to the boardwalk, casino and historical downtown. I would recommend it!
