The location was great and the staff were great. The room was clean but sparse furnishings. For a room that could sleep 4 there was only one chair for seating.

The hotel is outdated and does not have an elevator. When you first walk in the over powering smell of Fabuloso hits you in the face. The bed covering had cigarette burn marks, and did appear clean. There were also people running up and down the hall in the late/early morning hours. These things aside, the hotel is okay to stay in. I’ve stayed here a few times before but this time things were not the best.

On behalf of our entire staff, I would like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations during your most recent stay with us. Your satisfaction with your stay is very important to us as a valued Choice Privileges Member and regular guest. We value your feedback and continuously use it to improve our accomodations for our guests. If there is an issue with your accomodations in anyway the only way we can resolve the issue, or at least make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, is if we know what it is that doesnt meet your expectations. We are more than happy to make every effort to make sure your stay is enjoyable as best as we can. Although, if we dont know you are unhappy with anything about your stay then we are unable to address the issue. During check out I specifically asked if there were any issues during your stay and if everything was alright. Your response was everything was fine and there wasnt an issue. I asked multiple times simply because our guest's experience is important and if you were unhappy I could find out why and arrange a future upgrade or other accomodation for a future stay. Leaving a negative review about your stay or your experience with out expressing your complaint to the staff or the manager doesn't give us the opportunity to address it and improve things about the hotel as well as our guest experience. I sincerly hope that you will allow us the opportunity to accomodate you in the future and another chance to enhance the experience of your stay. Janet at the front desk was nice. Check in was easy. NO ELEVATORS! Hotel was pretty aged and old. I asked for a stopper to use the tub for a bath and was told to stuff a rag in the drain 🙄 Couldn’t even take a bath because the water wasn’t hot enough, 2 like warm showers it what I had to settle for. Sink water stank of dogs and fish! I would never stay here again. The ac worked well. No one at the desk to check out, just a stack of other people’s room keys turned in.

If you advertise a King Suite with a hot tub and that is what you are charged then that is what you should deliver. Did not realize it was only 2 story and no elevator. Bad knees and almost didnt make it.

The price of the hot tub room would have been at least 30 more. I apologize for the misleading pictures on Expedia, but we should not be blamed for their false advertising. Decent stay for decent price!
Check in was great, after 3pm and the clerk turned the room air on before we went up to cool it down for our young child. Friendly when we asked about pool hours! And they have pool towels! Friendly at checkout! Overall great stay!

This hotel is fine for a night or so. I just used it for a place to crash so cannot comment on anything other than the room (didn’t have breakfast either). Positives: Bed comfortable, room clean. Dog friendly. Negatives: No elevator - which I hadn’t seen when I made the booking & I have mobility issues & struggle with stairs; pet fee $20/pet, check in seemed to take a long time. Imo it’s kinda expensive - I booked same night as had an emergency at home and needed a room for the night - so idk if that meant it was more expensive than usually? Overall the room I got was large & clean and I had a good nights sleep

First room had mold in the vents and reeked of smoke. The front desk took care of it quickly which I appreciated. However the next morning, with more than an hour left of breakfast, we were told they ran out of food. It was fine for our one night stay. Wouldn't book here again tho.
