The Waterside Inn resides on a fifteen and a half mile stretch of beach, well known for excellent shelling, calm waters, and breathtaking sunsets. The hotel is also an ideal location for surf fishing, and bird watching. In addition to an exquisite beach view, the Waterside Inn has two heated swimming pools, shuffle board courts, fishing equipment, and bike rentals available for your entertainment. Propane grills are also on hand for those who like to barbeque. Small pets are also welcomed in selected units.

“Very nice place!”
A very pleasant inn right on the beach. Comfortable, bright and airy with a large bathroom. A good balcony only steps from the beach. They also have cute cottages to choose from for bigger groups. Very Happy!
“Last minute mini vacation”
Upon arrival, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself, with it's different colored bungalows, was very welcoming and beachy. The beach was steps away, and our balcony had a beautiful view of the Gulf. The room its self was clean and well equiped. Overall, a very, very nice experience
“just ok”
The carpets were dirty, it would have been helpful to have a broom and dust pan in the room as this room is on the beach and sand on the tile kitchen floor was annoying. Location was great, tips given by the front desk were great also.
“Fantastic location, slightly tired hotel.”
Hotel location is fantastic - walk out from the room onto the beach. Staff were extremely helpful as well. The rooms are clean but a bit 'worn'. The only problem was that the french windows didn't lock and didn't even have a lock anymore - it was missing and looked like it had been for some time. The neighbourhood looked safe so I didn't mind for one evening but wouldn't have been happy for longer.
