“Missing sunny Florida”

The hotel was great. First of all they had assigned parking, so you are spending little time parking. The staff was friendly. The room has one great big window! There was a kitchenette so i could do a little home cookin, and they provide most all appliances. A swivel tv so you can watch tv from the bed or kitchen table! Lots of closet space. The bathroom was a descent size. The beds were comfortable and the linens were ok. Overall, I loved my hotel stay at the Neptune Inn, and will definitly return!

“perfect for our needs”

The hotel met our needs. It was easily accessible from the main road. It was on the beach. It was clean, well maintained, quiet, and attractive. The price was very reasonable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

“Great experience”

The Neptune Inn provides excellent service and is situated in a beautiful location right on the beach. The heated pool made up for unusually cold conditions during out January visit. We can't wait to return during warmer months. We highly recommend breakfast at Heavenly Biscuits which is just across the street. The Neptune Inn is a great value in a great location.

“Great spot for weekend get away”

We stayed 3 days with our two small children and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and neat. There is lots of food choices just down the road at time square. This area is really not geared for small children but they still had fun on the beach. We also found a community pool that had a fun kid splash area. We would definitely go back. Everyone was nice and helpful at the hotel.

“Charming”

This place has a lot of charm. Although it's an older hotel, it has been maintained well, and the rooms are very clean. We were impressed with the front desk staff, as well as the speedy maid service we received. The location is perfect, and it's well worth the cost. We would definitley stay here again!

“"This is our Spot"”

We enjoyed our stay at Fort Myers Beach, and we were so impressed with the Neptune. Our room on the newly renovated North side was wonderful. We travelled with our two children, younger elementary school students and this condo-like room was perfect for us. The kitchen area with table was great. The kids had a place to eat, color and read. The living room had a large television and the bedroom had one too! At night, as we turn in kind of early for vacationers, the children went to bed in the bedroom and we stayed in the living room. We were impressed with the bathroom; its size, lighting and cleanliness. We had one issue with the toilet flush handle which broke and within fifteen minutes it was looked at and repaired. It didn't hang us up at all. The temperatures were too cool to go in the water so the heated pool was totally enjoyed by all! We planned a short stay and got around Estero Blvd. by the trolley for $1 each way! It was fun and inexpensive. Sanibel Island was also beautiful! We hired the local cab service which was terrific! Shelling was fantastic there. We have travelled to a few places in Florida, and we found our spot and can't wait to go back.

“will be back again”

all though the 1/2 of the hotel was under construction it did not disturb our vacation. The beach is very clean and the hotel is small and intimate. We tried the "Heavenly Bisquit" across the street and the cinnamon roll are to die for! The hotel staff is very accomadating and we will be back again next year (our third)

“Will be going back. Friendly staff, nice heated pool.”

Not a 5 star, but very comfortable. The location on the beach and distance to Times Square are perfect for a short walk on the beach. Been there 5X.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

We were familiar with the area but not the hotel. We were very happy with the accomodations. The rooms were dated but functional. The locations was optimum and the amenities ample. We make this same trip every year and will definitely consider this hotel each time.

“Would love to go back !”

Very enjoyable time. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom suite with two queen beds was very nice, only draw back was the queen beds were not standard length but shorter. The grounds were clean and very pretty and the ocean fabulous, right at our doorstep. Their concierge booked an excellent excursion for us. Since we were there in the off season, it was quieter and not as hurried. Thank you for a great vacation get away.
