Disappointment and disappointment

Pros: Staff at front desk, very friendly and professional.
Cons: Access and furniture, bathrooms
Location: Shopping and shopping but not from this hotel
Room are Ok in size, bathrooms needs renovation, and furniture needs update, carpet is filth

The heater would kick on for 30 seconds then kick off for 20 seconds, checked everything about the heater, ie the filter, turning it on and off, nothing would help. This went on for about 2 hours. Of course this had to be the coldest night in aver 20yrs.

Good cheap overnight stop

I booked this room last minute because of an impending snowstorm. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful. When I came out the next morning the parking lot was plowed and it only took five minutes to clean off my car and get back on the road. The best part of the stay was being right next to a restaurant and enjoying the Parmesan Garlic wings and a tall beer. The only negative was the poor TV quality. It looked like antenna TV and a few of the channels were quite noisy.

Christmas in Paramus

I contemplated this hotel or the one I stayed in two years ago (Comfort Suites in Mahwah). I chose this one because it was so much closer to the family I was in town to visit. That was the main reason - convenience of location. I was not at all impressed with anything about this hotel...from the breakfast (all carbs - no variety) to the hotel room, to the fact that I had to pay extra per per night to have a refrigerator in my room (comes with the Comfort Inn in Mahwah). If I come back to NJ for the holidays, I will NOT be staying here again.

Hotel di not have a convenient elevator FOR HANDICAP PEOPLE. Having to walk all the way around back, outside, is ridiculous. Hotel is not set up to accommodate guests. I will not come back.

Christmastime

Stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas while visiting family nearby. Hotel was clean, room was clean. No complaints whatsoever. Plenty of room for pets outside to do their business and plenty of well-lit parking areas.
