“first room rhey put me in had no phone and no tv service.”

Place was a ghetto...food and stains on sheets...place was a throwback to the 1960's...never going back.

“Not impressed”

Location was fine, the service was minimal and the quality of the hotel and rooms was awful, it smelled and there were holes in the walls where air conditioning units and vents should be, and see through windows in our shower... Not impressed.

Area recommendations

Neighbourhood was fine, proximity to the beach was good, but for the price I would stay somewhere else closer to the strip.

“Not again”

Location was the only thing this hotel got right. No phone, no coffee maker not enough light sources no wifi .

“Gary”

This hotel has seen it's better days. It's location is great concerning the beach and access to the beautiful area. It is in need of bad repair now. It took me 4 rooms to look at before I found one that was acceptable. Some TVs don't work; some rooms can't be unlocked by the key that is given; some rooms smell musty; some need plumbing repairs.

“Good location---hotel sucks!”

Filthy bedding & carpet. Even the menu was stuck shut with soda or something gooey & brown. The bathroom smells like rot and there were bugs crawling on the floor. This hotel is in serious need of renovation. Not only is it outdated, but there is water damage in the walls, ceilings, and windows. This combined with no ventilation makes the stench unbearable! Our towels were damp so we requested dry ones. After being told they would send some up we waited. After several hours, we again requested dry ones and those were damp also!

“Don't waste time or money”

The housekeeping staff was very rude and they accused us of stealing their towels and have tried charging my account almost as much is the room cost for the night what a joke

“Not Going Back!”

This was my second time staying here, but this stay topped it off. The hotel gets older and they don't seem to fix it. Our room was very spacious and thats about the only thing that was good about it. When they cleaned our room, they didn't even leave new towels for us. When i went down to the service desk, the front attendant (male) was too busy talking on the phone and wasn't paying much attention to me. He said someone will be up with towels, but no one came. Two hours later, I went back and he gave me the keys to another room so I can get towels myself. PATHETIC!!! Absolutely never staying there again!

“decent place!!”

This hotel has a great location!! i cant complain for what a pay for it. The hotel staff is very friendly ..nice pool !!

“not impressed”

Air conditioner worked but couldn't control the temp. Water was turned off for a few hours. Room phone did not work. But sitting in patio facing the beach was wonderful.
