“Good but could be better”

Nice and clean hotel. Only problem were the beds......very uncomfortable. This would be a really great, reasonably priced place to stay if the mattresses were better. Unfortunately, the bed is the most important part of the stay and these made for a sleepless night. If they fix this, I would return.

“Good value -- but modest motel.”

The rooms are large, the manager quite nice, clean and neat appearance overall. We stayed in fall, when rates in this vacation area are lower -- and it was a good value. The minuses are (1) lots of road noise early in the morning -- near a busy roadway carrying commuters, and little soundproofing; (2) promised "view" was a wooded area across the second-floor outside walkway, the parking lot, and the street, and (3) the promised two queen-size beds were double beds, and (4) rubber pillows.

“Great alternative to The Abbey”

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful....very friendly. The hotel was quaint; would definitely stay here again.
