“I will strongly recommed this great hotel to anyone who visit Florence”

It is my 7th city in Europe. This hotel is a great place to be if you visit the beautiful Florence, excellent location close to Train Station and to the meeting place square for most of the excursion, large, huge room for european standard, excellent and new bathroom, very nice, frindely and cooperative FrontDesk staff(most of the days), Restaurant and Bar staff, good breakfast with the BEST Cappuccino Coffee in Italy. I will definitively come back.

“Nice little place”

Nice, clean hotel very close to the train station. Florence is small enough to walk to all attractions from this hotel. Next time, I'll compare to another place further east/with more restraunt choices. I have no compaints about the Rivoli and it'll be tough to beat.

“More then I expected”

Would use this hotel again! Clean, close to train station, close to bus tour pick up site, and walking distance to major sites. Free breakfast and staff was very nice. Our room was nice with more then enough room.

“Very Enjoyable”

The hotel is located within easy walking distance from train station and to main attractions. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed sampling from the large breakfast buffet and eating in the courtyard or inside breakfast areas. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Rivoli.

“relaxing atmosphere”

A great hotel in a good location. Close enough to the attractions of Florence to be convenient yet just off the main track enough to be nice and quiet. Genuinely friendly staff provided smiles and assistance throughout my stay. Definitely returning.

“Excellent hotel”

Lovely hotel with sunny court yard to eat your breakfast in. Breakfasts were very good with every choice imagineable. I chose it for the ambience and we were not disappointed - a little bit different than the usual hotel with a Tuscany influence. Bedroom roomy and very clean. Close to train/bus station and most sights in Florence. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but chose to go out to local restaurants which were cheap and good food and service. Just turn right out of the hotel and there is one spilling out onto the street just a 100 metres away. We would have liked to have used the whirlpool but it was out of use until the day we left.

“Good Value”

Great hotel - don't be put off by the exterior when you get there, it's very nice inside! The included breakfast was typical continental fare although you can pay extra for a cooked one. Reception staff speak good English and are happy to help with "tourist" enquiries. Take a swimsuit for the hot tub!

“Will use this hotel again. The staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic.”

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in anywhere. It is like an oasis with such friendly and helpful staff and it is clean and fresh the whole time. I have already recommended it to others and will continue to stay there on future visits which I will be taking to Florence

“Excellent”

I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone. Reasonably priced, location was great - just a couple of minutes from San Lorenzo and a few minutes to the Duomo. Everything was within easy walking distance. The room was a good size, there was a huge walk-in shower, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful - and yes some of the bread was a bit dry but I'm afraid that's just Italian bread for you!

“Good hotel good location”

A very nice hotel in a good location. Central for most sites and only 5 minutes from the railway station. Front desk were very helpful and requests were dealt with promptly. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Only complaint was the bathroom is small.
