The rooms were up to date and clean. I did not want the hustle and bustle being too close to main part of town and this location was at north end in quiet area. Nice breakfast included.

Unfortunately, sound of nearby train horns throughout the night was disappointing. Nothing the hotel can do really due to location.

Location was easy to access with dining nearby. You can hear trains all night long and during our stay it snowed and there was no snow removal from walkways or parking lots. The room was average, pillows flat, and bed not the most comfortable. Glad we were only staying 2 nights and not any longer.

Property is in secluded area surrounded by beautiful trees. staff and housekeeping very friendly . Clean pool. A few hours after leaving I received a call that I left my Ipad in room. Management offered to take it to UPS and ship it to me. Says a lot about integrity of persons working there. Very grateful.

We stayed for two nights, room was nice but both queen size beds were extremely uncomfortable and my son and I had the worst nights sleep both nights. Both nights and mornings all we heard was obnoxious banging from the room above ours. It was nonstop someone just stomping on the floor. These two issues didn't make for the best stay for either of us.

The property is fine. There’s a railroad yard about a block away. Trains travel through the night & early morning. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have a 3 am wake up call.

Safe, clean, comfortable and affordable. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it was a great home base to ski in Flagstaff and drive to the Grand Canyon.

Hotel was well taken care of. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with minor evidence of wear/damage. Everything worked. Only disappointment is the pool and hot tub were under construction during our stay.
