“Great Family Stay”

We took our 16 yr old son and his friend as well as our grand daughter to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was perfect for the family. The indoor pool was a lifesaver after spending the day in the Grand Canyon in the rain. Because of the weather WIFI was literally impossible but they had 2 computers available. Continental breakfast was good the kids were happy. The only downside was the room did not have an iron so when we did get one we got a mini ironing board which was hard to work with.

“Love the surrounding area”

We checked in late at night after a long drive from Las Vegas. I loved that there was a Denny's right next door where we didn't have to drive to find a place to have a nice warm and reasonably priced meal for the whole family. There is also a gas station next to the Denny's. The area was really nice with trees all around...with the coolness in the air, it was a wonderful feeling coming from this former Washington state resident. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He even kept the laundry room open an extra hour in order for me to get at least one load done which was a lifesaver. The breakfast was simple but filling.

“A pleasure place where pass through”

For me and my wife it was a nice place and we appreciate the confort an cleaness. Location is very good to visit Grand Canyon, just 60 miles far and if you are planning to stay just 1 day to Grand Canyon it is a nice place along the way and you can just split the trip from Las Vegas. The pool is pretty nice also with a confortable spa. Williams is an old style village and there are just a few restaurants and souvenir shop, we felt to stay in a place like the cartoons village of CARS, "Radiator Spring" even if the location is not so similar that one.

“Provided just what we were looking for”

This hotel is in a nice location, just minutes from downtown Williams. It was just what we were looking for; a place to sleep for the night. It was clean and comfortable, but nothing glamorous! It had a refrigerator in the room and an adequate breakfast area. It served it's purpose and I would return if in the area. Had to book an extra night and the front desk was very helpful.

“Grand Canyon staging point”

We were pleasantly surprized with this hotel. We only stayed one night, but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was OK. The room was more than we expected. Very convenient location if you are going to the Grand Canyon and reasonably priced. Full service restaurant right next door. We would stay there again.

“A Fine Place to Stay - 1 hour from the South Rim”

I was a little disappointed to learn (after I'd made the reservation -- my fault for not checking more closely) that this hotel was an hour (62 miles) from the entrance to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, but it was a fraction of the cost of staying inside the national park or even at other hotels located just outside the gates. It's a scenic drive, so it mattered less once we were there. The staff was helpful, warm and friendly and knowledgeable about Williams and the surrounding area. The pool is inside (which is a plus in my book, esp considering the heat wave this summer). You won't get a five-star experience here, for sure, but it's a fine, reliable place to stay.

“Satisfied Customer”

There were many hotels in Williams. I'm glad we stayed at this one. It was one of the few that seemed to be more modern. It worked perfect for my two young children and my husband and I who are in our late 20s and like to have fun. The breakfast was a little plain, but still good. Mostly pastries and cereal. It's right on the edge of a real cool little town, but since the town is so small it doesn't make a difference at all.

“Good and functional”

We recently stayed there as a base to visit Grand Canyon. The rooms were simple, but clean and functional, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. 24h Denny's next door. It's a very good and affordable alternative to the more expensive hotels closer to the Grand Canyon.
