“No complaints here..”

I have stayed at the Rimal before which is why I went back and will again. The staff is great, the location works well with my needs when I am in Dubai, and its in a more residential area so its quieter. If I HAD to make a complaint, I would personally be hard pressed to do so.

The staff are wonderful. They were very helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They repond promptly to our needs. The breakfast was fantastic. Room very clean and very comfortable. The location is pretty close to most facilities but require a reasonable walk to the metro station or the shopping malls, but once you are they there is plenty of choices. The price was excellent for the quality and service we received. I absolutely recommend this hotel to any business, single, or family stay.

I can recommend and advise this hotel to everyone, a nice place to stay, clean and tidy rooms, delicious breakfast, only problem was that hotel was full and crowded !!

“A comfortable and friendly place to stay”

From my arrival to departure, the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms were well maintained and a couple of minor niggles were dealt with immediately. The hotel is well situated for easy access to the metro and airport and the in house restaurant offered a varied menu catering to all tastes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel both for families and those travelling on business.

This hotel was superb. Rooms were comfortable, met all our requirements. were very clean. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for enyone wishing to stay in the city.

“Good hotel”

Except some minor issues, everything was good and we enjoyed staying in this hotel. Good breakfast, helpful and smiling staff, well located in Deira close to restaurants and shopping, and most important was a clean and comfortable room with a small kitchenette, Matched our expectations and worked for our purpose of the trip which was having breakfast, go out for fun during the day and come back to sleep late night,

“Excellent value”

We stayed at the Rimal Rotana from Saturday 26th October to Friday 2nd November. We arrived two hours early but the hotel accomodated us immediatly . The rooms are superb ,very spacious with kingsize bed. We stayed in a five star hotel the year before and have to say these rooms were better. The breakfast bar complete with kitchenette is really useful. There is a supermarket across the road . On the roof is a good size swimming pool (watch though it's refreshingly cold) and the gym and sauna are well equipped. Don't worry about the proximity to the airport the soundproofing of the rooms is excellent.The good thing is it is 10 minutes back to the airport and costs only $2 in a taxi! The best thing abourt the Rimal Rotana is the friendliness of the staff. They are wonderful. No rush to check out and let you use the facilities even after you have checked out and have a long wait for your flight. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and cafes and you are a short taxi ride to anywhere you may care to visit in Dubai. A first rate hotel.You will not be disappointed.

“Extremely Satisfied”

I was extremly pleasantly suprised with the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. They took care of everyting, especially calling for cabs. Don't miss the Desert Safari, its a must do.

“Great Hotel!”

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. The beds are very comfy and clean. Good location to see the city. Little far from the beach ( 45 min. car ride). But if you want to see the city, it's great. Close to a lot of shopping malls. If I go back to Dubai, I would definitly stay there again.
