“Convenient, clean and good service”
Despite a lot of negative reviews on Trip Advisor we did not find any of the criticisms justified. Although the hotel is not the most modern the rooms, both bedroom and public rooms were clean and accommodating. Staff were eager to please and helpful. Only down side was lack of parking space in hotel car park - it was all reserved and no space available! Parking in road close to hotel is a bit hit and miss but we achieved it. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good and convenient overnight stop or base to discover further. Breakfast was varied and good value with cooked breakfast made to order.
