Looking forward to my next stay

Pros: Everything
Cons: -
Location: Premier holiday resort.
Highly recommended. First rate accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Off-road parking, no on-road parking restrictions. Close to Seafront. Quiet location, most comfortable bed I've slept in away from home. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Selection of bus stops nearby + road train/Dotto train (which was running in February !). Easy walk into town. Had an excellent and comfortable stay.

Chris and Ann the owners made us very welcome. Breakfast was lovely too. Only a few minutes walk into Torquay beach and centre. Very pleasant couple of days.

well run hotel

Posted 02-Sep-2012
Pros: the friendliness of the owners Ann & Chris, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very helpful.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
Location: Walking distance of the sea front.
Home from home, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless, so was bedding. Good English breakfast with choice of cereals and juice. Could have more if wanted. If you didn't want the full English breakfast they would ask you what else would you like, and were very obliging. Hotel within walking distance of the sea and shops.

Excellent family hotel

Posted 19-Aug-2012
Pros: Breakfast and the the owners of the Hotel who made you feel very welcome. The location was also very good as you could walk into town .
Cons: Nothing
Location: It was about a five minute walk to the town and set in a row of lots of other hotels and bed and breakfasts, it was also very quite at night.
For me the owners of Ashfield Guest House made our vist - nothing was too much trouble and they were both very kind, helpful and did everything with good humour! They both had an excellent knowledge of Torquay and the surrounding areas, giving us the times of the bus and a top tip about park and ride in Dartmouth. We had a family room and there was a basket of toys and games which was very useful for our young daughter.
