Business-friendly rooms are equipped with secured wireless internet access, desks, direct-dial phones, and free local calls. All Guestrooms have refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include hair dryers, extra towels, and bath amenities. Guestrooms have King or Queen Size beds. Other amenities include air conditioning and televisions. Services include daily housekeeping, full breakfast and, evening reception (seasonal). Guestrooms at are all accessible via exterior corridors. Our guestrooms are more suitable and ideal for all short term stays. Suites: The Commons - Denver Tech Center offers approximately 40 - 1 bedroom suites in a 3-story property. Suites feature cable television (flat screen televisions in select rooms). Business-friendly rooms are equipped with secure wireless internet access, desks, direct-dial phones, in-room washer and dryer, and free local calls. Suites have full size refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include hair dryers, extra linens, and bath amenities. Suites provide clock radios with wake-up call service. “Return customer - disappointed this time.”

We stay here every year, and have always been thrilled with it, but not so much this time around. The TV doesn't work, the bathtub leaks to the point of being irritating... it's like they're just letting the maintenance go down the drain. The front desk is only open until 7 pm, so be sure to get everything take care of before then. There is no continental breakfast on Sundays, and most of the amenities aren't available once the weather turns cool. The staff is all very friendly, but hard to find or contact. We'll likely continue to stay here simply because we know the hotel and the area, but it's truly a disappointment this time.

“Comforts of Home”

Our stay at the Boston Commons was nice overall. The location is very convenient. Close to Park Meadows Mall, many other shops and tons of restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. The price was right for a "Girlfriend Get-away weekend". I would recommend this hotel.

“Loved our stay!!!!”

Our stay here was only for a day, but if longer I would definately come back here! The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. She helped us out alot. I guess the only downfall to the hotel was that there weren't any Elevators, which wasn't bad for us, but still a thing people should know before booking there stay so they could request a 1st floor room. Otherwise, the hotel was very comfortable! The room we stayed in was very clean and felt homey. We really enjoyed our stay there. So much infact, that when I move out to Colorado I want to book with them for the extended stay. They have both hotel rooms and suit rooms that are like a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. I've never seen such a hotel! It was really cool. They have 10 building with 3 floors in each with a combo of the hotel and suite rooms. Can't wait to go back! The location is very convenient, only a few blocks away from the light rail and within a few miles of local shops, stores, and food! Best stay on a vacation in awhile!!!!!

“convenient location, clean, safe area”

convenient to a major highway, in residential area so it feels quite safe, friendly staff, clean rooms, was great to have a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, only drawback is there is no elevator

“Barely a 4 star”

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was "ok" enough, no breakfast on Sunday by the way. Need some freshing on the carpet and bathroom, like the carpet needed shampoo or renewed,some new tile, and bathroom fixtures. Cleaned but needs some deeper cleaning that is somewhat noticable. Over all a 3.5, so I gave it a 4 because its better than some we paid for in the same price range. Recomened it if you need a suite.

“Not impressed”

There was no hot tub available (it was broken), there was no breakfast service on Sunday, and the bathroom smelled like fish. I was very disappointed in the room...looked like an old apartment that was not remodeled very well.

“Don't Stay Here!”

The location is perfect, the property is one of the poorest managed places that I have ever stayed at! First night the Air Conditioning was not working, but they close the front desk early and the "call center" that gets the calls has NO CLUE how to fix things. I reported two issues, the one above, and the room next to mine was very noisy very late. I was never contacted by the management nor were the issues fixed. Some of the units are owned, and the management basically told me that they could do NOTHING about noise coming from the next room because it was owned! This was not a conducive place to get rest or enjoyment.... no elevators, made it difficult to move luggage. AVOID this place. Expedia, consider dropping them from the program. Was in this town three months prior, and your other location was excellent.

Area recommendations

The DTC (Denver Tech Center) Area is really great. Close to major highways, yet near running paths and very nice restaurants like McCormack & Schmidts, Shanahan's, Cool Rivers, and Three Margaritas.

Getting around

Try to avoid the Interstates in the Summer, very short growing (construction) season, so almost all of it at some point or another is under construction.

“The location in not actually in Eaglewood. It's in Contennial.”

I got off Light Rail at Eaglewood. And it took almost one hour to get a cab through I called cab center. However, I was told by cab driver that the hotle is not in Eaglewood, but Contennial. So, the hotle's address should be correctly marked on Expedia.

Downtown Denver due to its bettter transportations.

Light rail is not accessible. That's the problem. It's good for self-driving vacation people.
