“Don't stay here!”

I had a poorly draining shower, hair on the bathroom floor, the whole hotel and my room was quite smelly and musty, the heater was filled with dust and dirt, there was blood on my sheet and the fitness center had extremely low quality gym equipment.

“It was acceptable”

Room was clean, temp was good, breakfast was mediocre: high carb, high sugar selections. Hard to find from the highway, even with gps. No business center to print documents. They did have wifi as advertised. Not a bad place to rest for a night, but not the best for business travelers.

“Old and not kept up”

This is an older hotel by truck stops and a XXX store. Trash in hall and elevators. Caters to monthly stay guests. I travel often and just want a clean room at a fair price but this was below my not too high standards. You can do better that this place.

“Will stay there again”

I have stayed at the Best Inn and Suites probably 8-10 times. The people are friendly, my room is always clean and comfortable and the price is certainly right. It is close to the airport and Northfield shopping center.

“Dog friendly!”

My boyfriend and I took our 2 big dogs and we all enjoyed the experience! The dogs had a great time and there is a vast space the hotel where they can run. There's a bike/running trail within 200 meters from the hotel too. The staff was super friendly. Bed super big and nice kitchenette. Room very big and clean. Good value for money. I recommended it for people traveling with their furry friends.

“pleasantly suprised”

The hotel was hard to get to off the highway but once we got there the people were nice and friendly the room was real nice and the breakfast next morning was very good all for a very affordable price.

“Cheap and easy to get everywhere, but not clean”

This location is cheap and easy to get to places from, but everything is outdated and not very clean. In the end you get what you pay for.
