“decent hotel, value for money”

Booked for only one night, airport pick up-although flight delay- was excellent,big room, no windows as most of these hotels in India, needs some painting on the walls but otherwise ok, value for money, arranged taxi for airport at logical price in the middle of night. Warm water, large tv, 5-6 min from metro station, good area arround for food-shopping.

“Raunak stay in Delhi”

The overall quality was good. The room was not very quiet (sounded like a motor was running) which made it hard to sleep at time. The restaurant was fine, the breakfast good. The service was very good. Internet access was available as well.

“Value for money”

The stay at the hotel was generally a good experience. However inspite of booking two rooms for two nights well in advance, upon arrival it took further half an hour before the rooms were actually assigned - on different floors!! No explaination was given. Also inspite of umpteen reminders the previous day the taxi to the airport took further 45 minutes to organisein the morning. The reception staff seem to exihibit very casual attitude to customer requests ( overpromise & underdeliver!)

“Avoid this place if you want some peace”

For starters, the rooms smell of wet carpet. This hotel is just so busy that getting good service is an achievement. Hordes of travellers descend on the place and the staff are too busy to provide even basic amenities in the room. We had two beds but just one towel and one blanket! They falsely claim that there's WIFI in the rooms. Even the WIFI near the reception is of terrible quality. Another claim is that there is a breakfast buffet. If you consider stale bread and half boiled eggs as a breakfast then you'd be happy. Their manager Sandeep Gupta is very helpful but he is nothing but a one-man army. The rest of the staff are thoroughly useless. I would rather spend a little more money and stay in a better place.

“Worst dump in which I have stayed”

Our booking was supposed to include airport pickup which never happened, and I don't think it ever does, especially if you have a late arrival. The driver can't be bothered if he has had a long day. The staff was enthusiastic, but there was no toilet paper or towels in the room, and the bed had only one bottom sheet and a flea bitten, ratty blanket on top. The aircon was ok and the big screen telly was nice, but the room was tiny. We couldn't wait to get out.

“Worst hotel”

Everything was wrong with this hotel. Firstly the airport pickup. The driver initially came and never showed up afterwards. Apparently problem with the vehicle. They put us in a bad ambassador taxi after 1.5 hours. The taxi driver did not know the location of the hotel. This happened at 1:30 a.m and we had a 3 year old toddler with us. Then they gave us a very bad room with refrigerator not working. It was not what we had booked. Finally after shouting the manager said he would give a new one next day. Then we got a new room but then the shower head was broken. They said they would give another one again and gave the next day. And hot water was not available always. You have to tell them to switch the boiler and then after 20 mins you will get it. There were insects also. Also when we complained the big shot of the hotel shouted at us and threatened us. Overall very very bad experience.

I was pleased with the FREE WIFI, large rooms with plenty of light, friendly staff, and very good food service.

“never go back to these con artists”

Arranged for free airport pick up but was asked to pay for car park charges, Booked 3 double delux rooms and confirmed a day before arrival, on arrival was offered 1 Super delux, 1 double delux & 1 single. After an argument with the management got the rooms we had booked. Car rental facility was completely shambles, do not trust these con artist. Very layed back management and very very disrespectful and agressive owner. Restaurant was filthy found hair & stone in my curry. Completely reuined our sight seeing plans. Never got to see most of the sites thanks to the hotel management.
