“Average”

Was alright given the location but the room was very small and basic. OK if just spending the one night.

“It`s a hotel”

This hotel was good value and convenient for Darwin,free car park and quiet. No lift and chef was off sick so only continental breakfast available which was generous.

“The most overpriced hotel we ever stayed in”

The rooms are tiny and dark, no mini bar, no elevator, front desk is not helpful, they close at 7 pm and if you fly from Darwin late at night, you have no place to leave your luggage. If it would cost 3 times less, I would consider ir a fair deal, but it's also extremely overpriced.
