Urban hotel with strong basics.
“A very nice modern hotel on the campus of SMU”
Nice hotel, I like the modern decor, staff and service as good. I have told friends about this hotel, I will go back when I travel to Dallas. Above all good price for a Kimpton Hotels.
“great boutique hotel!”
Kimpton properties are always fun, clean and wonderfully designed. Fabulous shower!!!! Shower heads running down the wall. And a great bed!
“First Choice if going back to Dallas”
I loved it, feels like home :)
“Good experience”
Nice hotel with a very nice staff, clean modern rooms and comfortable beds. Great Park Cities location across from SMU. The very nice and large shower opens out to the bedroom, which is unusual.

“Great for SMU parents”
All of the staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a delightful stay, and we will definitely stay there again.
“Nice, comfortable place”
I liked the ambiance and concept; I've never stayed at a Kimpton before. The size makes it cozy and the neutral colors were soothing. You've heard the phrase "Location, location, location?" Loved it. The hotel is surrounded by SMU and gorgeous houses that looked like estates. I rated the condition as a 4; I was disappointed at the condition for a 3 1/2 star hotel in one of the higher-income areas of Dallas. The carpet and furniture looked a little worn. I rated the comfort of my room a 3 because the bathroom was part of the room. I notice they have other rooms with enclosed bathrooms and I will ask for that next time. Service was excellent; personalized. I liked it enough to stay again.
