“worked for us”

My wife and I made a couple of short stays in between cruises. We wanted something relatively close to DFW airport. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Our wakeup calls and request for a taxi to the airport were efficiently done. We used the shuttle from the airport but couldn't the shuttle to the airport, we had very early departures. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of restaurants in the area and no restaurant in the hotel. They should also provide more literature regarding "order in" restaurants in the area.

“Best Bed I Ever Slept In”

Really. I need to call them and ask what mattress to buy for my home. The hotel was great & staff very friendly and helpful. There is a slight odor of pets in the hallway because they do accept pets. My room was odor free. And occasionally one could hear the running of 4 legged animals up and down the hallway amid the cheerful voices of children. But I never heard a TV or elevator or shower from inside my room. The refrigerator does hum which is a bit annoying if one is a light sleeper. I would go back with no hesitation.

“Very Comfortable”

the only thing i had a problem with was the hot tub. it was not hot at all. the pool was hotter than the hot tub. and it had very few bubbles. other than that my stay was great. great breakfast too.

“Excellent value”

Clean room; large, comfy beds; free breakfast; less than two miles from our destination. A very satisfactory stay.

“Great Value for the money”

This place offers a good value for your money. Just don't expect five star accomodations. The place is a little worn around the edges, especially the bath area. Floor tiles loose, tub chipped and sinks and countertops are worn. Everything was clean, but the sparkle was no longer there. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to pick from. The happy hour was sad. They opened a bag of chex mix and a box of pizza rolls and popped them in the microwave. One night they were still cold when they served them out. And when they ran out, no one replenished them. There were plenty of soft drinks, wine and beer. So if all you're expecting is a beer and a handful of pretzels, you won't be disappointed. Again, the place offers clean rooms at a good price in a good location, without a lot of frills.

“Clean and comfortable.”

Delayed flight, stayed here last minute. Served its purpose as a place to crash for a few hours.

“Rude Awakening”

Awoke to a giant cockroach in the bed...the hotel staff were not even interested enough to reply or voice concern or even apologize.
