Welcome to the Seaview Inn, a traditional pub in the heart of Falmouth, with exceptionally spectacular views of the busy harbour and estuary of Falmouth.

Enjoy a pint of real ale while watching the activity in the harbour, or if you want to stay a little longer we also have three luxury en suite rooms upstairs, all with the same magnificent view.

Although dating back to the 1800s, last year the Seaview had a major refurbishment with new furnishings but still retains the traditional pub feel. Michael ensures a warm, cosy welcome with a roaring open fire and a range of good beers. The bar is a large room with panoramic views over Falmouth estuary, and here or the front terrace seating are perfect for enjoying watching sailing in the harbour.

“grand view”

Stayed in the en-suite twin with superb view of the harbour. We personally quite like the idea of staying above a pub as we are not averse to a nightcap. We encountered no noise issues from the bar.The room was cosy and comfortable and clean and had recently been refurbished. Breakfast was good and the bar was doing a brisk trade in food during the day. Any number of flights of steps were close by to take you into the town a short distance away,but if you could not be bothered a taxi was only £3 day or night. Reasonably priced but correctly so,we would not hesitate to use it again.

“Harbour View”

Rooms above a pub that has a good atmosphere. View from the room wonderful looking over the harbour. Landlord only took over in December 2011 so getting things changed. A good 3* accommodation. Be warned steep hills and steps but worth it for the view and lovely town.
