Nice hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There are plenty of food options available, even a starbucks. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff were very helpful.

Nice place with great views. You are about a half mile to all entertainment districts like the short north, arena district, campus area! Nice rooms too!!

Clean..... Friendly staff..... Nice room. Relatively inexpensive...... Connected to the convention center and only a block away from Nationwide Arena. It was exactly what I needed it to be. There is a decent hotel bar and a nice-looking pool (which I didn't use).

“Awesome Stay!!!”

The hotel walls are alittle thin, but overall the stay was fabulous. The stay is super friendly. Make sure if you are leaving to go somewhere to use the valet service or you will pay alot for parking. Valet $24 per day, parking garage $12 everytime you leave.

“you've got to be kidding”

I am deathly tired of being nickle and dimed when I check into a hotel. I hate daily charges for using internet. I hate suffering through a stay with toilet paper that falls apart in my hands and tissues that are one ply. Give me a break. The hotel was very nice but the cheap accouterments were disappointing.Marianne

The hotel is close many attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and updated. We made our reservations a week in advance and received a surprise upgrade due to the hotel being full, which was very nice.

“Perfect hotel for Columbus Marathon”

In town for the Columbus Marathon. Everyone was very accomodating. We didn't check out until 2:30 from 2 rooms so that my friend and I had time to shower after the marathon. Our total of 7 kids with us enjoyed the pool and played in the adjoining rooms while our husbands watched baseball on tv. We'll definitely stay here again.

I would recommend the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. I am going to order the pillows from the Hyatt's supplier. Also, the view was fantastic. We had a corner room w/a fantastic view of the cities skyline. The location was great because we were in comfortable walking distance of most districts that I had wanted to view and a short drive otherwise. The rooms were clean.
