“Pleasantly surprised”

When I first arrived, I wondered if I'd made a mistake booking a room sight unseen. But it was exactly what I needed it to be - clean, quiet, comfortable and very reasonably priced. I didn't expect it to be a high-end hotel with all the bells and whistles, and it isn't. The front desk staff was very pleasant, the room was clean, and it was quiet enough for a light sleeper like me to rest. The location was very convenient to the interstate with a lot of options for meals, gasoline, etc. I will definitely stay there again.

“Nice little surprise!”

We just wanted a room to sleep in and this little motel fit the bill. Just off the Interstate, it may disturb some people to not have secure inner hallways, but I felt very safe staying at this little gem. Excellent tv selection, complimentary toiletries and comfortable beds. Not plush by any means, but very nice for the $ spent. The staff was kind and courteous and there was also a Continental breakfast that we just missed, but there was hot coffee and wrapped breakfast snacks still available when we went in late. If you're there for King's Island and want to save cash, why spend big bucks at Great Wolf Lodge when you won't be there much? Definitely worth it.
