This hotel is the true "All in One"! Great Rooms, Great Restaurants, Great Bar, Location Locatio Loation!!! I travel to Chicago twice a year and this is the place to stay.

“Great location”

We were visiting family in the San Jose area and this hotel was in a perfect location in between everything that we needed to get to. It was close to major interstates but was located in the middle of a quiet area, not on a major street, across from a large park. The pictures online are very accurate of what you can expect.

“Nice Hotel”

This hotel is very clean and right off of Michigan Avenue. Elevators are fast and all staff interactions were nice and without incident. We stayed there for Lollapalooza, easy walking distance to Grant Park and many other attractions downtown-would stay again.

“very accommodating”

We arrived to find that, contrary to Expedia's information, we would not be able to have 5 in a room with 2 doubles and one rollaway. The hotel placed us in a room with a fold down bed and provided us with 3 rollaways at no change to our original price. It was a great room and everyone was very helpful!
