“Great place to stay”

My friends and I were looking for an inexpensive place to stay when we visited Chicago. This was a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure good, and the amenities (including a mini-fridge and a microwave) were wonderful

“A good stay from start to finish”

Four of us on business stayed at this motel and found it very satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff booked a taxi for us for our ride back to the airport and kept our luggage for us until we were finished with the conference we were attending. Fast food was within easy walking distance.

Staying at the Best Western was quite a good experience. It was very clean and quite accommdating. I enjoy the distant from where my business conference was. I would gladly recommend this hotel for price and quality of service.

We were travelling with our cat and it was no problem for the staff. The room was big and the beds comfy. I would recommend to go somewhere else for breakfast, though!

“Naperville Best Western”

Was a very nice room. Clean, quiet. Breakfast was good. My only issue was the internet was down, but that was the provider not the motels issue. I will stay here again. very happy with this motel.

Staff from the front desk and housekeeping were pleasant, professional, accommodating. Hotel and room were kept up well. My only complaint was the breakfast room -- both the buffet area and the seating area were far too small, at least for a weekend crowd, and the equipment (toasters, coffee machine) did not work well.

I used this room only for a few hours during a bachelorette party. We had just come from a spa and needed a place to freshen up before a night out in Naperville. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the inexpensive price we paid for using it.
