“Very Nice for the Money”

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and not a bad location...a bit out from London but still easily accessible and definitely a great deal for the money.

“Great Location, and Service, but BAD experience.”

This was a very nice hotel, the location to the train was fantastice, our rooms were nice and well kept, but after getting charged by Expedia and then the hotel proceeding to charge me again for my room, Ive been left with a sour taste in my mouth. They told me Expedia just "holds the room". This is of course very wrong, and took over a week to get set right on my Visa bill. I still recommend the Hotel, just make sure they DONT get a chance to charge you twice.

“Hotel ist ideal um den Erlebnispark "World of Adventures" zu besuchen”

Für Urlauber, die den direkt daneben angelegten Erlebnispark "World of Adventures" besuchen möchten, liegt dieses Hotel ideal. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kinderfreundlich, das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Leider ist es nicht für Besucher zu empfehlen, welche sich die Innenstadt von London anschauen wollen, da es sehr weit ausserhalb liegt (ca. 35-45min Fahrtzeit einfach), und an einer abgelegenen S-Bahnroute, welche abends nur noch begrenzt befahren wird und in fast keinem Fahrplan zu finden ist. Ebenfalls war es ärgerlich, dass der Hotelpool nur bis abends 20°°Uhr von Kindern besucht werden kann, was einen Besuch nach ganztägigem Stadtausflug erheblich erschwert. Und wenn man es doch mal in den Pool geschafft hat, wird der halbe Pool abgetrennt, sobald ein Mitglied des Wellnessbereichs ungestört seine Bahnen schwimmen will. Als weiterer Kritikpunkt ist das, für deutsche Verhältnisse zu teure Frühstück anzumerken, welches als wenig ansprechendes Büffet aufgebaut ist. Ausserhalb des Hotels ist weder Restaurant noch eine Supermarkt zu finden, so dass man entweder im Hotel oder an den letzten Bahnstationen essen muss. Für eine Besichtigung der Londoner Innenstadt werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

“très bon rapport qualité prix”

très bon séjour. Très bon petit déjeuner, très copieux. Hotel à trés bon rapport qualité prix. Seul hic : taches de moisi au niveau du pare douche sinon tres bonne poire de douche. Espace détente très bénéfique. Un peu loin par rapport à Londres.

“Traumhaft und gut zu erreichen auch wenn etwas ausserhalb”

Das Hotel war einfach super. Wir waren zu dritt übers Wochenende in London unterwegs. Als wir nach der Bahnfahrt in Chessington South ankamen wussten wir zunächst nicht ganz wohin aber nachdem wir kurz nachfragten waren wir nach 5 minuten fussmarsch auch schon da. Wir waren auch direkt begeister vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild unsere begeisterung ging im inneren gleich weiter. Nach dem schnellen unkomplizierten Check in waren wir gespannt auf unser 3 Bett Zimmer. Das Zimmer war einfach nur perfekt wir hatten ein ehebett und dann sogar noch 2 weitere betten in einer kleinen schlaf nische. Alles war sauber und in einem top zustand. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen da wir ausserhalb gegessen haben. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und mit einer Day Travel Card für die Zonen 1-6 kann man ganz London sehen und zum Hotel fahren einfach genial. Was ausserdem einfach super war wir haben mit flug und Hotel weniger bezahlt als das Hotel normaler weise für eine Übernachtung kostet ;)

“Liegt im Stadtrand von London”

Schönes Mittelklasse Hotel und mit einem Mietwagen perfekt für Londontour und zum entdecken der Landschaft um London! Für Kinder optimal wegen Pool und Freizeitpark ! Essen im Hotel ist gut aber zu teuer!! Pup in Richtung London City perfekt!!
