“GREAT HOTEL!!!!”

Great Hotel...Very Clean......Great Staff....I have stayed here twice and I will always stay here when i am in town!!!!

“Nice and Clean”

Very nice and clean place to stay. Only a few minor issues. Did not answer the phone when I called to get directions because the Hotel address did not show up on my GPS. Also the indoor pool was closed. Would stay here again!!!

“Pleasant surprise.......”

Had read some different negative reviews ...of earlier guest..come to find out they were when the hotel was a sleep-inn..now it's under different management..smokey mt. inns and suites.. Totally a pleasant surprise! we had a king suite/really clean ..great price..few minutes from all the sites..casino,maggie valley etc.will go again! sarah C. . . Gainesville ga.

“Smokie hotel and Suite good hotel”

A good comfortable hotel. Te facilities of the kithchet at the lobby are very good, you can use the microwave anytime for your own food.

“Needs better directions & an updated phone number”

At first I was dreading staying at this hotel because I had received the runaround on getting exact directions to it and no one ever answered the phone when I called the hotel. However once I was there I found that the phone number and the address were incorrect as listed on the Expedia website. The location was great, the price was great and the staff was very helpful unfortunately the breakfast was not so great. Overall a pleasing experience, not the best but it was definitely reasonable.

Our room was very clean, that was our 1st stay there, we came to go to the casino, the only thing is there should have been a shuttle to take you back and forth and down to the shops, and the only thing with the rooms that there was not refrigerators, also we found drink machine but nothing with snacks in them

“Accommodating and reasonable!!!”

Excellent Service and reception. Jason, the manager is very helpful in accommodating the needs and taking care of issues. Could add OJ and pancake maker to the breakfast. Linens need some attention. Pool is great. Jacuzzi was not in operation, I wish it was. Great surroundings, scenery and location. Will recommend for any one, any time Venu G.

“The Hotel that Wasn't There”

I was a little frustrated with this hotel mainly because it is impossible to find and impossible to contact. In today's age of technology, this should not be an issue. If the GPS does not recognize the address as being "valid" and you can't even look it up on Google driving directions, something is wrong. Also, the phone number they have listed is no longer in service, so good luck trying to contact them for directions. It just rings into space. We finally stopped locally and asked someone who told us how to get there. We went during the Christmas holiday, so we left to go visit family and when we returned that night, the front doors were locked with only a note to call in case of an emergency. There were no instructions on how to get back inside the hotel. We finally found a side door that we were able to use our key card with to get back in. It would've been nice if someone had told us about this earlier. There was no housekeeping they said because of the holidays. We were able to get extra towels at the front desk. Our toilet ran constantly. Of course no one was there to fix it. The room seemed fairly clean. The pillows are awful. We got a good rate through Expedia, so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff (what there was of it) was friendly. Breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal. I would stay at a different hotel next time.

“gemstone search”

Hotel is nice. pool n hottub was peaceful. front desk needs help. took forever to checkin, guy couldn't figure out how to answer phone while tryin to do our checkin, tells us that it happens all the time n that he hasnt looked at online reservations in hours. we stood in lobby waiting to checkout for over 15 mins the people already standing there waitin to checkin left, got tired of waitin. front counter finally showed up gave her my room cards in the envelope that they were given out in. she looked at it and still asked what my room was which was wrote on it,
